#Fail. 2:45pm Wednesday May 25.I’m on my lunch break from work so I don’t have a ton of time, so I went into taco cabana for a quick lunch. I’m still hungry though, and driving back to work because no one was there.There were one or two people eating at tables, but no staff anywhere. I literally waited, with the other people in line, for at least 5 minutes and nothing. I even said, “hello??” kinda loud towards the kitchen. Nothing. Where tf was everyone? Its not like the entire staff could be going to the bathroom at the same time …or could they…? *cough* *cough*Well, wherever they were, I’m still super hungry and I don’t get lunch today. Have to drive back to work now. Not very Cabanatastic ?
Picked up cater order earlier no customer service manner to say that's all your order and thank you! Thought it was just me and went back for lunch on Cinco de Mayo for lunch ordered a drink an food. Cashier hands me my drink and states will bring out food when done. Knowing they don't bring out food I sat on patio waited no food brought out or put in window. NO FOOD went in to inquire they had thrown my food away and was looking dumbfounded about it. Got money back an got the he'll out because now I'm HANGURRY! I WILL NEVER SET FOOD IN THIS PLACE AGAIN.!
If you enjoy waiting in the drive thru line for 10 minutes then waiting an extra 15 minutes right in front of the drive thru line while holding up everyone and getting honked at like its your fault and on top of that getting cold and nasty food this is the place to go. Bonus if you love rude service and incompetent workers.
I will not understand why there is ALWAYS SOMETHING MISSING FROM OUR ORDER.
Don’t go here. The drive thru is horrible. They repeat your order to you when you order, when you are at the window. Still get it wrong. Second time going here and first time leaving a review. Avoid this one and go elsewhere.
Nice staff. Have always enjoyed taco cabana since I was a kid. I don't get to enjoy it often since I moved. Beef quesadilla was delicious but the new item I had the smothered shredded chicken burrito was great! kinda sad was limited time only.
Food was just ok.. The restroom was horrendous for it being early morning and no inside customers.Restaurant was empty for at least the 45 minutes I was there and when I left.
The order was wrong. The food was brought out sideways which made the beans and rice go everywhere. I ordered and paid for an extra crispy taco that I didn't get.
This place is not the same since COVID. You go on and it’s dead! Takes along time for food to get done service has been rude the last 3 times I went hoping it would change but it didnt
I got chicken flautas for lunch. Very flavorful!!
