This place is awesome. I was happy to support this local company. The employees are super nice, and the coffee was always good! And my favorite thing there was the apple turnover. Highly recommend.
My favorite item to drink from here is the Brown Sugar Cinnamon Latte and my patty of choice is the Oat bar. It had been my favorite combination of breakfast food thus far. I have had their other lattes but I love the Brown Sugar Latte since it’s made with an Oat milk. It’s very creamy and smooth! This is not like the coffee at any other coffee shop, especially the big name places. The people that work here seem to enjoy their job, it makes all the difference in their service. I highly recommend them for some great tasting coffee and friendly service. It’s one of Pasadena’s hidden gems. ❤️
So there are two locations apparently lol. I was expecting to see the location that looks like a little cute house but this is in a shopping strip. It’s super cute with a nice mural on one wall and plenty of seating. There aren’t many electrical plugs on one side of the wall , in case you plan to stay long. But the other side does have at least two that I can see. I ordered the bacon, egg and cheese croissant sandwich. It was delicious, just a tad greasy. I would probably order it again lol ?. The hot vanilla latte was amazing! And so cute! The barista was really nice. She also was in charge of the drive thru window but remained super nice and helpful even though there was quite a bit going on. I would recommend this place!
I came to this location with a few friends to study and prepare for a big speech that was coming up. The calm ambience made it easy to study and prepare. The coffee and pastries we purchased from this cafe were excellent and filled us up. The decorations and the overall layout of the cafe was very aesthetic and cozy. I recommend this location if you are looking for somewhere to read a good book with some coffee or enjoy a good pastry.
Real good coffee and a decent selection for breakfast - highly recommended (was a tad bit hot in there).
I’m typically not the type of person to complain or write negative reviews online. I know the impact reviews have on small businesses like this. Being a small business owner myself, I support small businesses. HOWEVER this one brewista rubs me the wrong way EVERY time I go to this store. A friend and I went to Sycamore, had a great time, super chill, cozy vibes. Being that it was my first time there I ordered a coffee flight. The best coffee flight I’ve ever had. The caramel mocha was my favorite because they added coffee salt to it. Now I’m not a coffee expect, I don’t know what the salt is called but I liked it so much that it stuck out to me and I wanted it another the following morning. In my opinion it was better than Starbucks. So I went back the next day, ordered the Carmel mocha w salt - when I ordered it the young lady at the window said that she could not give me the salt because it was only for the flights which has to be ordered inside. I was a little bummed because that’s the whole reason I went back. I offered to pay extra for the salt and she shut me down once again. I still ordered the drink WITHOUT the salt and it just wasn’t the same. I went back several days later thinking that I maybe get a different person at the window and adding the salt wouldn’t be such a big deal. To my surprise there was someone else. I ordered the drink w the salt, I guess she heard my order and made it a point to stick her head thru the window (over the person who took my order) just to tell me the salt was ONLY for the flight and that she couldn’t add it even if I paid extra… which… again, in my opinion, isn’t a big deal? just add the freaking salt and charge me extra…? I’m literally willing to pay for it. I don’t see why it’s such a big deal to add salt to a drink? It’s not like I ordered something with oat milk or almond milk or some off the wall type of coffee. Needless to say, I will not be going there again. I’ll enjoy the coffee salt from Starbucks where they won’t be so rude about it.
Favourite place for coffee and pastry in Pasadena :) this is so much better than Starbucks and the other big companys. And the staff is awsome. You need to come here!
Great coffee drinks gourmet food both sweet and savory and excellent service. I love coming here for a quiet breakfast. When crowded it gets loud because of the ceiling acoustics. Come by after 10, I am usually gone by then.
I got the leche leche it was good.
