I got the Baja Chicken Bacon Melt and whoever made it and packaged it messed it up. I have no pepper jack cheese in it like it's supposed to have and it was so soggy I had to put it back in the oven just to try and eat it. When I got it it was in a brown bag so it was all smashed up to a side. Such a disappointment on something I was really looking forward too.

Went in for a sub tonight, was not helped because only one employee was left, apparently none of the night staff showed up and this poor man was left alone. No managers in sight, this is ridiculous, and very poor management. Please avoid this place at all cost, I hope Thomas finds something better than this. Will be calling corporate over this matter, didn’t even get to eat because “their system was down”, in reality, he was not trained properly and was not aware of how to use the register. Corporate will be hearing from me!
OMG this lady could’ve thrown the meat and cheese on the bread from 5 ft away yelling “Kobe” and had the same result. Just sloppy
This location is open 24 hours! Meat, fixings and condiments were fresh. Staff were pleasant.
Ehh. Service quality isn’t the best.. lack of care of how they stack your sandwich is annoying. I do not tip anymore, I never get a thank you, I never get asked if that will be all or a drink, just bland boring behaviors. The only things keeping this place running is a worker named Sam. Sam works night shift and is always on his A game! Good job Sam!
I used to go to another Subway that was closer to my house they were not very nice so I quit going there and I went to this other one they are very nice and I won't go anywhere else
Bought a 6inch turkey sub around 10am for my daughter and it almost made her sick. Y'all need to change out y'all pepper jack cheese or turkey because something was spoiled

Sam Sam makes a great Sammy!! Hubby wakes up hungry in the middle of the night and knows exactly where he gets the best customer service and the best sandwich made. This is the only Subway we eat at! Thank you Subway you have a great employee named Sammy!!!
