Vanessa the assistant manager was rude the second I walked in, the young gentleman cleaning up asked her for help and she rudely yelled from the back and said “tell him you are taking out the trash!!” I felt bad for the guy he had to stop what he was doing and come prepare my sandwich he did a great job and had a good attitude he should be a manager instead of Vanessa. Also Vanessa burnt my sandwich when she decided to come out from the back and help. Her attitude stinks she was annoyed that customers were coming in!
So first off I been calling since last night about my order they made two of my sandwiches wrong on my meatball sandwich was hard like if the over toasted it and then meatballs was hard and burnt I spent money for my order to be all screwed up and bad customer service that no one is answering the lines
I enjoy coming to this location! I usually get the same thing, but Michael gave a great recommendation for a new sub to try. Will continue coming here because of the friendly staff and great service!
Don't eat here , they gave me meatball sandwiches that where burnt and meatball were cold. And my bread looked molded . If I could post pick of there so cal fresh sandwich I would. It look like giant train wreck. Workers were horrible.. this place needs to be shut down.

Do not order from the app or online from this store. They give you whatever they want not what you order. January 15, 2022 I placed an app order for a footlong Chicken&Bacon Ranch which typically the chicken for this sandwich is the cubed grilled chicken. When I got home and started eating my sandwich I noticed they used some shredded chicken or rotisserie chicken but just wasn’t good. I actually even thought maybe it was from an unwanted previous customers sandwich which grossed me out. I didn’t bother to take it back or anything because it seemed a waste of time and rather just lose out on the money, but I learned my lesson.

Due to the manager being disrespectful to the employees Iv seen it the times Iv been here she treats them so bad . This day September 21 , 2021 @ 8:00 pm my husband went inside to order while I stayed in the care the manager was laughing with my husband and asking him questions when he came out to the truck he said that the manager said ‘’if you were going to order a sandwich for your mom ‘’ knowing that I’m his wife she was calling me old because I’m obviously way older than him . When I returned to confront the manager I told her she needs to just do her job and not worry about other people’s lives . You guys can check the cameras and see it . Please take action against this manager this isn’t the first incident Iv had with this manager !! I will be calling to talk to the store manager.
Food is legit just like u like it,and service is friendly,lunch hours are hectic,but they zoom through those orders like professionals
This place is so bad, but i would go back they gave it to me and my cousins so squished.
The crew behind the counter always polite and friendly. Great place to enjoy a quiet lunch.
