This evening at 7 the guy at the window whose obviously new handed me my drink with his thumb on the opening.And asked if I had wanted the coffee cake and banana bread warmed. I said no. So he gave them to me in their original plastic inside of a regular wrapper. I still can’t understand his mindset of wasting two bags. Never in 20 something years other than Madeline’s have I received any dessert in a plastic wrapper inside of a regular individual bag and not the bag with handles.The Barista? Who usually works the window couldn’t recall what she was making. I was the only car there. I ordered 3 drinks. Ordered and paid for extra caramel drizzle. One drink was a Caramel Macihiato Hot. It had no label and tastes like flavored water. No receipt. I would normally take them back or call the Manager But this place has become consistently bad.The Barista? Is always a sweet girl at the window. But for goodness sakes please train her first! The Cashier needs to be trained on hygiene and customer service. Laziness on his part.The 5.00 -10.00 dollars I tip. I don’t think he even put it in the cup. I will no longer tip there not with that bad service.
I’m not too happy with today’s drink. Taste is fine but waiting for 20 minutes for a drink 3/4 full? Not cool. Paying 6 dollars I expect a FULL cup.
Came here to get my daily cup of coffee. The service here is amazing, for the staff is very kind and accommodating. Drinks come out really fast, and is overall a great experience! The drinks are also served nicely, and all options were available (since there are times not all options are available in both drinks and food) Will come back!
The cashier was pleasant enough, but the rest of the crew were very rude! The place a bit dirty and for a simple cup of coffee it took forever to get. The outside patio was also unkempt. Wish they had a Caribou around here or even a local coffee shop.
I am so disappointed with my drinks from Starbucks lately. I ordered a venti iced matcha lemonade on my mobile app. It said that my drink would be ready in 7 minutes. I gave the staff a little extra time to make my drink. I got there, no drink, and the barista there started making my drink, but didn’t even make the right drink. She made my drink, but with extra ice instead of a real venti sized iced drink, it was more like a venti ice with light matcha tea lemonade.
I know that sometimes when it's busy making drinks takes a little longer and I wasn't trying to rush them or anything, but I legitimately waited for one drink for half an hour. It was not busy at all there were only five cars in the Drive-Thru and about three people inside and there were about six employees. And I saw them finishing people's orders that came in after me. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable.
I haven't had a problem there yet good service and good coffee.
This Starbucks is always great. Drive through is pretty efficient and the employees are kind and helpful. Anytime I come here I ask the barista what their favorite drinks are and it's like taking a peek into their personality and discovering that they're awesome! The recommendations have yet to fail me. My favorite so far is the drink Paige gave me.. A Venti Iced White Mocha with Extra Caramel Drizzle and Vanilla Sweet Cream Foam!! Instant go-to drink, thank you Paige and all the employees at this location.
Very nice workers. This location is a very busy one. A clean Starbucks.
This is a nice Starbucks inside. I ordered my latte with almond milk, my usual, and it was pretty good. Be kind to others, try to have good manners, and listen for your name before taking someone else’s drink. I noticed this happened to someone, and in the next couple of orders, a person grabbed my coffee and perplexed, he handed it to me.
