after a long day of work my fiancé and I decided to go grabb a drink at Starbucks and do some Bible studying. But we were only there for an hour or so. The music was soooooo loud, and it wasn’t your typical classical, instrumental, relaxing music that you would hear at any other Starbucks that encourages study time. the employees were extremely loud and the place was exaggeratedly cold. everyone there left because of how bad the environment was and it was only around 7ish, to put this into context… the place closes at 10! I’m not the only one who has said this I have several friends who will not go to this Starbucks location for these specific reasons.
Came for a caramel macchiato and first taste was a little off like sour milk? Second was stronger so I opened it up when I got home and it was pure white and smelled completely sour!
Coming in here to get my day started after working a long night at the hospital. All I wanted was to sit and drink my coffee in a relaxing environment. However this was far from. I walked in and employees where so loud that they had the music so loud and it wouldn’t have been bad if they music was relaxing. The music was like getting into my teenager’s car. Music to full volume and the style of music was a no go. I know this isn’t the place to go if your wanting to relax to get your day started.
Me and my daughter when you're there at 7:00 at night. It took us half an hour to get two drinks. There was several employees. There were a lot of customers waiting in the lobby. One customer walked out because they did not get their drink. My drink wasn't even made right.
Thank you to Starbucks (Spencer) for donating coffee to our volunteers at our 1st Volunteer Day! Their manager Ashley and her team are so sweet and have a heart for the community. Sarah's House loves Starbucks!
I order on the app and its ready when I get there usually. Wish they would add a way to tip on the app.Update: I did leave 5 stars but then learned today that the employee at the window said they can't add 2 types of cold foam to a drink... yet sometimes I order it that way on the app and it let's me add it AND I GET CHARGED FOR IT. SO IVE BEEN PAYING FOR SOMETHING THEY DONT DO FOR MONTHS... NOW I FEEL LIKE THEY OWE ME SOME MONEY BACK. So one of two things is happening... they don't do that but the app allows them to swindle extra money from me....or the employees don't like doing it even though I tip them everytime. Either way.... I've been overcharged for months. Either way it took months to be told this... people who don't work at Starbucks don't know these things... so I feel this is so deceptive.Going to call the location on Center Street in Deer Park to confirm which is true tomorrow.
Slowest starbucks ever. You can drive an extra 15 minutes to the next nearest starbucks, get your drink, come back to this location and save over 10 minutes. Waited 40 min in the drive through with only 2 cars ahead of me ordering!
I love the employees here ❤️ especially Michael on the evening shift!!! He is the sweetest young man
I ordered a Tall latte and a third of the cup was foam. It was the same with my venti latte too.
Loved it, got my coffee on time they recommend different coffee for a cold day she was very helpful and even got me a cookie
