Went to this Sonic location a few days ago and placed my order at the drive thru. The girl that took my order was obviously not listening to me. When I got to the window, I paid for my order and waited. And waited. And waited. 26 minutes to be exact. While the lazy teenage workers argued. Only one employee was apologetic for the wait and even more apologetic when he handed me my order and it was wrong. A girl came to the window and stated she would refund my money and give me the correct order. Well I finally got the correct order but no refund. Lesson learned. I will never go back.
Extremely slow service. Extremely. Orders are rarely 100% right. We were told the ice cream machine wasn't working, it was rebooting. By the time we got to pick up our food at the window, approx 20 minutes from ordering, they were serving ice cream. In total, it took about 30 minutes from driving in, to getting my order, which was wrong and missing fries. Drinks were not prepared properly and mine was flat. I 100% will not be going back to this location. I have been hoping it would get better, but no. It somehow got worse.
Service was slow due to staffing but we k ew that when we ordered. Manager came to our car after 10 minutes to get our order again but was, very polite and apologized for the slow service. Three minutes later our order arrived a d it was up sized due to the error in order taking and the wait. I appreciated the hard work and customer service. Will try them again very soon.
I don’t understand why this specific sonic location has the slowest service of all locations I’ve ever been to. Is it because they don’t have enough coverage? Is the cooking equipment moving slow? Do the employees not work with a sense or urgency? WHAT IS IT? I don’t understand ??♂️
Not sure if the employees and management gave up or what is going on. We have tried to give this location more than enough chances but I'm done with that place.
Don't go here at night it is terrible terrible terribleThey can't make the drinks right and they don't listen they take 20 minutes to get your order. Need to get people that know how to take orders in drive throw another person left because they take too long this is the 3rd time it has been not worth going to any more
They used butter pickles instead of hamburger dill pickles on my cheese burger, the chili cheese fries were very salty, service through the drive thru was very slow, as was the wait to get my food! I was very disappointed!!
If I could give negative stars, I would. We mobile ordered one night and as we arrived they turned the lights off and left out the back door. Closed early without permission I guess. The girl came to the front door and looked at us multiple times, then proceeded to lock it and run out the back. I still have not been reimbursed and I will never be returning to this sonic again. WORST service I have EVER received.
So sad that this Sonic is notoriously slow. But I spoke to a carhop and bless these people who work at these horrible paying Jobs. No wonder the food is so slow Nobody Wants to make 4.25 an hour!!!
I don't blame the employees but corporate needs to take care of them. Always understaffed so waiting for food is longer than usual.
