Just spent 2 minutes explaining to the person - No Mayo, add Mustard. Get home and what do I find? Mayo. Why is this such a difficult concept? Your sign says Mayo. I said remove the Mayo and replace it with Mustard. Shouldn't take a 2 minute explanation and should result in a burger with Mayo. Ridiculous.We need a better drive through burger place.
Man.. Y'all were close. Love at first sip with my limeade. I have never had a limeade where you can taste the lime. And then I get to the absolutely amazing cheeseburger which is missing the lettuce I specifically asked for. Customer service has gotten a little better here but nothing that screams, "Hey y'all! Welcome to Sonic! We absolutely LOVE our product and customers!". I was so proud to work at Sonic during high school. These kids today aren't very enthusiastic.
While the place may look a bit run down, the service here is always phenomenal. Come here during lunchtime on weekdays and get my food quickly with a smile from the staff.
Sonic had their $0.50 corn dogs and half price drinks for on line orders. It was a win win for me.
I had done an order on line... They didn't even know that I was there. My order wasn't ready. I had to ask again. They gave me my food cold . Won't ever order on line anymore. ? Hopefully they start building the Sonic on Spencer highway

I will never return to this location I rather drive 40 mins away then deal with the disrespectful staff they have here as of today. Waited to be serviced before getting out the car to see if anyone was working.. then they have a attitude when I asked if someone could help me. As if I was inconveniencing them, then Amanda comes yelling about she’s short staffed and did “I want a job” and “go somewhere else if I didn’t like it”..So I did! I been here plenty of times & never been talked to like that. A real manager or corporate better reach out to me
This place isn't the best with bringing orders in a timely manner. We usually have to wait a good while. Also, it's s always busy. That may be a reason for the delay.
I had more than 15 min waiting, and not body got my order , bad service !
Always get a bag of they're special ice for those late-night a quick Cravings because this stuff is amazing
