Great service, however we really need those foam cups here. They melt way too fast
It's an amazing place too get your smoothies ? but as for tonight's visit I must say it was quite an ordeal the guy that was working the window sounded pretty out of it and couldn't quite get our order it took about 5x too get it correct thank goodness for the female employee who helped us out at the window. Check ya'lls employees please it was a young man working the order mic at night before closing. Again the young lady she helped us out better at the end and did apologize on the whole mix up.
Accidentally placed an order online this morning 1/31/22 @ 7:53am. As soon as I realized it was at the wrong location . I did what the app said to do. I called the location at 8:11am Phone was answered by someone named Jose. Informed him of my mistake asked for a refund. He stated he could not do it. That he would let his manager know. Asked him what time his manager would be in he said. “I don’t know I don’t make the schedule” .???How do you not know when your manager is going to be in?? What kind of business is this? Who is in charge when the manger is not there?? I asked for the manager’s name he said it was Tony.I just called again @ 10:05 to try to resolve my problem this time a female answered, I asked for manger and she said she would be in after 10am….Still waiting for a solutionThis location needs better management and workers.
Was looking forward to drinking my typical smoothie, but y’all stopped accepting Apple Pay? Wow, now I have to suffer from hunger.. thanks ??
I stopped by this morning and nobody ever came to the window to take my payment after waiting a good 10-15 minutes. Unacceptable.
I usually love smoothie king. But this particular location just keeps going downhill and is very unprofessional. It has been several times that I try to order and they’re already closed. (30-40) minutes before they say they’re supposed to be closed. It’s even more frustrating because you can see the employee just hanging out inside on their phone. Like, why not clock out, turn off the lights and go home. Also, saw that a car was parked in the drive thru preventing people to go to the window. It is so unprofessional and a waste of time.
30 minutes to get a damm smoothie with just me and some other guy in line took Way too long ?
I always get smothies from here and it's usually always good but these past 2 visits it has tasted horrible no flavor and flaky, the first time I thought Nothing of it maybe they missed something but the second time was just annoying I'm not gonna continue to spend money at this location. It's supposed to be a darker pinkish color

I went at 8:40 and the workers told me they were closed but on the app and on google it says they close at 9 pm? The app was literally letting me order a smoothie but apparently they couldn’t do it because they were “closed”. If I do go earlier in the day the smoothies are great but its inconvenient to say they close at a certain time but they really don’t they close earlier.
