Employees were nice. But most had ear buds in their ears. Seemed not nice while waiting on customers. Though there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Inside was very clean. Food was hot. We had hamburgers. Fries were good. Employee waited til we were finished to ask if we wanted more fries. So that was disappointing. (Employee was not around much to ask for more)

Not to many people in restaurant yet still had to wait for refills and wasn't ask for anything else we needed. I guess I'm use to waitresses stopping by the table ever once in awhile to at least ask if we can use a refill or if they can get us anything. Other than that food was served fast and hot .

The food looked great but the chicken was charred to the point the salad tasted burned. My daughter's food was good. They just need to ensure the food is cooked appropriately.

I wasn't expecting it to be a dine-in restaurant. Who knew? But food was good and bottomless fries? Yes please.Although it was good, I give it 4 stars. I felt like the waitresses were a little slow for a place that wasn't busy when my co-worker and I arrived.

Always quick friendly service even with being short staffed like everywhere else. Also the freckled lemonade is AMAZING!!

4 Stars, because it was a little pricey for burgers. I ordered curbside to-go, and was not disappointed with their service. I ordered the Whiskey River BBQ Burger with sweet potato fries and they were both delicious! Full of flavor, and filling! My husband ordered the Fish & Chips, it was decent, but they are mainly known for their burgers. My son ordered The Keep It Simple burger with Kettle chips, and for being a picky eater, was very pleased with the taste. I also ordered pickle chips, and was a bit dissatisfied, I ate about half and threw the rest out. Overall it was pretty good, just a bit pricey, about $65, with a generous tip. I would recommend, just be prepared to spend some money. It is a upscale Fuddruckers.

This was my first time eating here. The burger was okay. I loved the garlic fries, but they didn't taste fresh nor were they hot. The very berry drink was okay.

My ordering experience with Red Robins went off without a hitch. I received exactly what I ordered and got it at the time it was predicted to be ready. The whole process was seamless, I will definitely be using RR's online ordering again.

I was off put by some of the negative reviews but I tried this place out anyways. I gotta say, it was great! The service was excellent (I forgot my waitress's name sorry) my drinks were always topped off, the food I ordered was brought quickly and was delicious. I got the southern charm burger with fries, my dad got the scorpion burger with onion rings. Burger was slightly on the smaller side, but was savory and with the fries hit the spot. My dad enjoyed his and the onion rings were nice and crispy. Price wise id say it is a little on the pricey end (14 for my meal I think) but all in all I say it's worth it and I will come here again.

And even showed us how to save money and get free food all at the same time. Great atmosphere and much more.
