3 piece meal. Smallest pieces of chicken ever.Side rice and beans are like a 1oz portion. Finish eating and still hungry.
If I could give this horrible place Zero I would they act like there not all there can’t get my order right I bought 22$ worth and I got pitiful looking food chicken wings look more like pigeon wings I didn’t get all my order so I had to come back and get the rest the Mac and cheese look like it was for a toddler our drinks we’re almost half full and covered in drink on the outside the cup messy and poor service is what I got I called the store to speak to a manager and it sounds like a fax machine no answer ??????? I’ll never return here there’s plenty of food restaurants I’ll go elsewhere don’t come here no good ?
The restaurant was clean and the staff were courteous. The food was really good. We both had the 2 piece white meat combo and I had Cole slaw and my Husband had red beans and rice.
Ordered the big box with mild chicken tenders, red beans with rice and cole slaw. Added on the popcorn shrimp. Tried to call the restaurant to give them this feedback but no one answered. First of all the chicken was Spicy, red beans and rice had no flavor. Poor little biscuit had no rise to it. The cole slaw was good but it’s not enough for me to be going back. Popcorn shrimp was a soggy mess and no sauce with any of it. Big waste of money. Most went in the trash. Won’t be going back.
I ordered a tackle box combo and received old popcorn shrimp and old throw together fries also my biscuit was missing unfortunately I did a Uber eats order so I couldn’t come back but this is unacceptable & trifling
Haven't been there for a year due to quality of food. Thought we would give it another shot . We were pleasantly surprised. It was very good.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband came tonight to pick up dinner for us and my 2 kids. He ordered 3 Popeyes Chicken Sandwiches meals and a 2 pc meal we asked for 2 legs for for my toddler. When he got home the chicken in the sandwiches were so dry and you could tell they had been sitting under the lamps for a long time. The fries were cold and he 2 legs for my daughter was also old chicken. My husband got the order around 855 pm then I drove to get my order made fresh and for my surprise they had the lobby closed and it was only like 915pm. Had to come to drive thru to explain about my order and I asked why I couldn't come into the lobby and they said sometimes they close the lobby early. Honestly it was such a bad experience. My family eat out of this location at least once a week and today it was just a disappointment.
I go here most of time and I always have to go back since they always get my order wrong. Most of the time, they get your order wrong.
The chicken was warm. I prefer my chicken to be hot.
If I could give 0 ⭐️ I would. I am VERY disappointed with 1. Them getting my order wrong 3/4 of the time and 2. The way they handle it. Today I did an online order to pick up through the drive through and they forgot my drinks, so I went inside to retrieve them. They took 10 minutes to give me the drinks from the time it took to confirm to the time it took to get handed to me AND they didn’t even feel bad like they didn’t care one bit. On top of that when I got home I got the wrong chicken sandwich for some reason I got spicy sauce on my regular chicken sandwich (I can’t handle spice) and this is the second time I have gotten a spicy instead of a regular. I am beyond annoyed with this location. Also I just found out they got the dessert wrong to ARE YOU KIDDING ME ???
