I come in this store a lot. Today takes the cake the manager I think she the Gm has a nasty attitude. The way she treat her employees is horrible. I have came in there a few times. Thinking she having a bad day. But she does not know how to talk to people. She give them morning or am staff the blues. I will not come back to Loctician until upper management contract me this is bs.we walked out just talk to ppl not at ppl.
This store gets 3 stars because im just a little impressed by the youngsters working the front counter. It honestly may just be one or two of them, but these guys understand the importance of customer experience at the front and what customers see. With that being said the rest of the store needs work tbh. I order online and EVERYTIME i go to pick up i aaalllwwwaaaayyyssss have to wait for tenders because theres none up. I ordered online!!! They knew i was coming, and i wait everytime... anyways. 3 stars
we ordered 3 different meals for a total of about $28.00..as i was paying..a member of our party found some coupons on the counter behind us..when we asked the clerk if we could use the coupons..each one of us had ordered an item that a coupon couldve been used..he told us that it was too late as the payment had just been paid..we asked if we could re-ring the transaction and use the coupons and we were told no because it had already processed..ive worked in retail and service companies and i know we couldve used those coupons and re-rang our order..why this kid didnt want to take care of the customers i find very unacceptable..that store lost a customer..
Ate here a few times before and everything was fine. Went there yesterday and ordered a #10. Had to pull to the front of the restaurant and wait 12 minutes for my food just to get to work and spend the first hour of my shift on the toilet while hugging a garbage can. I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from here. I probably won't return.
It was good. The cashier was friendly. My food came out quick. Their dinner room was very clean. I felt safe to eat there.
Was ok everyone was waiting in their parking lot for their order. Get your hustle together its very compact in that parking lot.
This is one of slowest Popeyes I have ever been to in the Houston area. If you go inside you will probably be ignored for a minimum of 16 mins. The drive thru goes at a decent pace but they messed up my order multiple times and was overcharged twice when using this method. Save yourself the headache and frustration and go to the one off of Crenshaw. This location make me not even want to eat Popeyes chicken.

Today, October 20, at 11:15, I went to the Popeyes located at 3430 Spencer Hwy, Pasadena TX 77504. I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and with no one else in line, I was asked to park in front and they would bring my order out. I waited 10 minutes and watched 3 cars drive through and get their orders. So I walked in and asked what the holdup was with my 2 sandwiches. Four people were standing around and one jumped too and made my sandwiches in about 30 seconds. I said to them, "see how easy that was." As I walked out a Hispanic woman dressed in blue called me a b_ _ _ch! I assumed she was the floor manager as all of the other employees were dressed differently. It's not my fault they didn't have the sandwiches made. Why should she call me a dirty name? I think she should be fired!!! However, the other employees have always been polite and the food is always good.
They messed up my order I asked for chicken the one that has a bone in it. The gave me tenders not what I wanted. Plus I asked for Mac and cheese and I got soup with about 10 noodles in it. Also no flavor to even make a great soup. Called to complain and no answer so I guess customer service doesn't matter there.
