Visited today and order the Classic sandwich, to go as well as the 6 pcs beignets. I didnt check if everything is in there. Arrived home and got only 3 pcs and paid $3.99 ? also, the fries are soggy! I tried calling but one one's answering.. ?
It's a hit and miss. A few times I've gone have been great, other times they didn't have what I wanted, the mobile order wait was very long, or employees would be arguing with employees.The last time was the arguing situation. Extremely unprofessional in front of customers.
Asked for blackened ranch at window they charged me for it then say oh I don’t have that so I gave you regular ranch. Like why would you not say at the window you’d didn’t have it would never have ordered the food and why charge me for something your not going to give me
This is the second time I ordered from this store through DoorDash and both times it either came to me wrong or cold and I’m highly disappointed I had ordered fries and Mac and cheese for me and my wife and received mash potatoes with gravy and beans and rice

Well, they got my order wrong at first, so i brought it back and they were so kind to cook me some fresh chicken. I'll tell you they were so nice and the food was the BEST I have ever had from Popeye's, and we eat there a lot. One of my favorite places to eat!!! The people working there are the BEST!!! THANK YOU for a great Christmas Eve Dinner!!!!
No matter where u order from dine in or drive trough... they will get something wrong on ur order.
Chicken sandwich was great but not spicy enough. And no I did not want it super hot. Just spicy.
