Very disappointed In the service. My family and I came to try pluckers in Pasadena for the first time and it was a big mistake. We had to have two different managers attend our table because our server kept walking past us and ignoring us. The manager had to come and fill up our drinks twice and another manager had to bring us our to go boxes. Jakob was too busy trying to attend his big tables for a tip that he forgot about his other tables. I will definitely not be coming back here or recommend anyone to come here. I spent good money and got really really poor service.Update… pluckers sent me a gift card of $30 after I spent $164.38 and got poor service. I wouldn’t recommend anybody spend your money at this business they obviously do not appreciate your hard earned dollar. Take it elsewhere my advice.

We were excited to try this place, but we waited a good while for our food. I thought maybe it was because they were busy, but when we revived our food, it was barely warm. It really tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for awhile. Wing sauce on my wings was dry and chicken was cold. I do not think we will be returning.

Worth the wait, they have the best fried pickles!! the service is always great and chicken wings are amazing. People need to relax and not explode when they get an order wrong is not the end of the world. There are bigger problems around the world. Ya'll are doing amazing keep up the great work!
Wings were very good and the service was great considering the crowd on a Friday evening. It seemed very clean with the exception of a slippery floor in one spot that might have been a spill that needed a better clean up.I had a craft beer that seemed kinda sour and I probably should have sent it back. The basket of fries was about half full and a bit cold.Overall, it was a nice place with decent food.
I went there today and set at the bar. JT greeted me promptly and with a great attitude. The Sweet tea was good but that’s where it stopped. The 8 wings I ordered were absolutely horrible. It was like they cooked them yesterday and then recooked them today. They were bland and extremely dry. This is the 3rd chance I gave this place. Absolutely my last.
Stopped in for some wings and a brew after a movie. I expected more for such a long wait. Wings were overcooked and dry. Not a fan of the fried pickle spear. Beer was cold and tasted great. Waitress was great. Bathroom was clean.
Better than Buffalo wild wings ? the tenders are huge the chicken quality is really good. Definitely try the liquid gold!
