This was the worst Pizza I have ever ordered from any establishment. I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Pizza.It was delivered to my home. On receipt I noticed first there was no chicken, none ! It looked unappetizing but it was dinner. I tried it and soon realized there was no Buffalo sauce. I literally received a pizza with cheese, a few onions and banana peppers. It was extremely dry and pretty tasteless. I am not one to complain but I paid close to 25.00 for this 12.00 meal box to be delivered. I called and the delivery person answered. I explained my concerns and was placed on hold. I patiently waited over 25 minutes. The phone call was disconnected at the 27 minute mark. I am assuming they hung up on me. This is poor customer service. I am annoyed after tipping graciously and getting such bad food and poor customer service. Avoid supporting Pizza Hut on Spencer Highway in Deer Park, unless of course you enjoy eating cardboard. One star as it forces you to rate at least one to be able to.post.
This pizza was late, cold, and in a folded box. -_- I knew there was a reason a stopped ordering from this pizza hut a long time ago.....and this reminded me why. Their employees don't care, and the management will just offer to send you another pizza, delivered by another careless employee. What a resolution.... The box was folded more than in the picture. It started to flatten out on my counter. I was in such shock, I just accepted it at the door. I was speechless. #NeverAgain

Use fresh dough! I worked at Pizza Hut. I know when the dough is old! My pizzas were both VERY DRY!
The delivery driver took it upon himself or herself to write their own tip. They stole from me.
