my order was not delivered apparently they said they tried to call me i had no missed calls i was at work so this food was for my kids at home that are 3,15,16, so they dont drive so I had to get out of work and go pick it up repay for it and still havent been reimbursed for the one they charged on my bank account
The delivery driver had difficulty delivering the order. She stuck with it, was persistent, and went above and beyond. Very thankful to her for that.
I order from here all the time, both delivery and carryout. My pizza has always been so good! It's always cooked perfectly. It wasn't until this past weekend that I had an issue with my delivery. I understand the labor shortage so although the online delivery time was wrong, I wasn't too upset about my order taking longer than expected to be delivered. I was upset that my pizza and wings were over cooked and the wings barely had any sauce on them. I didn't want to call the store to complain so I just did the survey they always email and sent my complaints through there. The store received the feedback and the manager called me personally to apologize and gave me a credit of what I spent that night. It was my first time having an issue out of the 4+ years that I've been a customer here so I'm grateful and really appreciative of the customer service, thank you!!
I ordered breadsticks as part of my points and they accidentally made cheese breadsticks so we had to wait even longer for them to make the breadsticks even though we said we would take the cheese breadsticks. I also ordered pan pizza and received a hand toss, why did I pay $1 more for pan then?
TRY PUTTING SOME MARINARO SAUCE ON THE PIZZA AND MORE THAT A SPRINKLE OF CHEESE. MY PIZZA HAD NO VISIBLE SAUCE ON IT - EVEN THE MANAGER AGREED WHEN I TOOK IT BACK FOR A REFUND

I was not happy with my order last night pizzas were late and cold. Both pizzas and breadsticks were cold as if they had been sitting out for 30minutes shame cause this is where I always order from and a few weeks back I also did not get my 2 liter and driver never came back to deliver it
Ummm make sure you read the orders my pizza was suppose to have the bbq sauce but they didnt add any bbq sauce to my pizza so it was horrible
Hire more people. Order took 1hr and 40 minutes to arrive. And they forgot my order of cinnamon rolls.
