This place is great! We had some minor set backs on my order but they made up for it!!! Great customer service and great pizza! I’ve never had a bad experience here
The pizza I ordered was not good at all. Thin crust is supposed to be crispy mine was soft and tough
Walked out of this restaurant without ordering. Horrible service. I went in and asked if there are any specials. I was told a medium one topping was 5.00. So I ordered 4 of them. When it came time to pay I was told they were 7.00 a piece. When I asked why, they insulted my intelligence by telling me it was tax! I was like no way 2 dollar tax on 5 dollar cost. Then they were like the price just changed, I was like right now as I was ordering??? Yes, it did was their reply. The lady behind me said they did the same thing to her, tell he they were 5 but charged 7! I said "Forget the order, there is a Little Ceasar's down the road." And never again will I go that Pizza Hut! Bait and Switch. And the cashier and cook were rude as can be.
My pizza was made correctly, had two halfs with different toppings. My food was done exactly on time. Customer service was great.
I dont take the time to rate the quality of the pizza itself. The process of having my pizza ordered online and received half an hour later is time effective and convenient. Last night you guys delivered the most delicious pizza yall have cooked in a while. The pizza was crunchy to the bite but soft to chew. It was fluffy and thick. The cheese to sauce ratio was superb definetly cheesy goodness and the amount of toppings was excellent. As soon as the delivery driver brought out the pizzas from the carrying case you could see the steam rise into the air. Best experience ive had with pizza hut so far hands down. Thank you. Keep making quality pizza ?.
Got exactly what I ordered in a timely fashion and the consistently great taste that Pizza Hut has always provided and strived for.
