Common people, after two years into this pandemic you still serving in plastic containers? I give another chance but I’m done! This is so disrespectful for your customers. If I’m paying $30 to eat there for me and my wife at least serve the food in regular plates. Total disappointment again.
The food was not that good!!! I will never eat there again!! 30 bucks in the trash!!
I placed a to go order and they were nice and had the food ready when I got there, and plus the food was bomb and they give you alot ?
NOT AS GOOD AS IT ONCE WAS. I recently went to this location after not going for about 6 months. Everything that I once knew about this restaurant changed drastically. They definitely lowered the quality of food preparation/ ingredients and execution. I ordered fried rice with my entree and the rice was not right? It seems like they just served brown rice and topped with cold scallions and red bell peppers. The rice texture there is more along the lines of quinoa, small and chewy. We were served our food in a plastic containers and egg rolls in plastic bags. They no longer serve you on a plates and they no longer have the Coca Cola Freestyle drink machine. I was totally disappointed with the cutbacks. This place used to be so good and now I'd put it in the same category as Panda Express. Cheap Take out
Unfortunately I did not have a good experience, they gave me the wrong order and as soon as the server delivered the food I told her that was not what I order, I asked what it was, she responded that she did not know what it was because she was new, I told her my dish should have broccoli and there was none on this dish. She responded that she will tell the manager to see what they can do. I was in my lunch break and unfortunately I could not wait long and started eating, it was super spicy and my dish was not spicy. My husband and I finished eating waited a little longer and no-one come to our table, I called the server and asked her if she find out what happen with my order and she told me that she did not but that the manager suppose to come see us. She went and call her again. Finally someone come to our table she was the same person that took our order, and like nothing happened she just ask "can I help you?" to make the story short she ordered the wrong think by mistake and wanted to fixt it by giving me a 20% discount . I did not accepted the discount, I can understand a mistake what I can not understand what the discourtesy of ignoring our request at the begging of the lunch when we told them "this is not what I order" she could've reorder the correct item instead of ignoring us and pretending there was no issue
It was good prices went up. That make a difference to me, bc for those prices I can go downtown and get the real stuff.
Was clean area and customers kept staring at me like I was a freak but staff stayed on point but really discouraged by not having what I wanted lowmein extra came with no veggies just noodles felt ripped off like they served me less than the whites who got service everything I tried to order was out or gave me other choices felt wrong

Hung Doan the general manager met me at the door like I was being welcomed into a home. He took my order and took every consideration to make my order personal to me. He was kind, patient and super helpful. You all have a gem with Hung. My hopes are that his future is bright and free of limitations.
Friendly, helpful & professional staff. Food was excellent. Facility was very clean. One suggestion would be the bathrooms needing some attending.
