Trying to call about a driver position opening and the employees are playing on the phone, one lady acts like she can't hear me and hangs up, I call back and a guy picks up saying "funeral home" I said yeah this is papa johns I'm call to see if you have opening for a driver position? And he hangs up. I call back several times just for the phone to keep ringing. I wouldn't want to work with these kinds of people anyways. Thanks for showing me to never give this place a thought.
We ordered 3 pizzas and 1 pizza wrong. Pizza was good.
I order to pick up ... never had problems with papa John's pizza but today wasn't awesome like always the crust was burnt maybe not all the way but it was getting there so instead of a golden brown crust I have black...
Love the employees there and they are always friendly and fast especially Tony the delivery driver and Zee they are amazing in running this company and I highly recommend this place
I hate the new Mexican lady working so rude, The only ones who were nice during my online ordering is the black lady and the white guy they are way nicer employees that actually customize my meal. There’s an older mexican lady that is SO SO SO rude! and i didn’t want to place my order with her but I had to because nowhere else was delivering at the time. I’m so disappointed I used to LOVE ordering papa johns ?? Never ordering here again over THIS lady !
My order was ready in the time limit given on the app. There wasn't much light in the parking area and the lot was small. I definitely do not recommend the jalapeno bacon rolls...
Ordered pizza through the Pappa John’s app was told it would take 25-31 min for delivery it has been an Hour and half and still nothing. When I went to track my order it showed it was barely being made. When I called in to speak with someone I spoke to Jessica the “manager” who was not very helpful or courteous. When I informed her of the fact it should have been delivered over an hour ago her response was she does not set that time and she is short on drivers and could not tell me when they will deliver it at all. That if I did not like that she can cancel my order and refund my money in 3- 4 business days. At this point I was irate and wanted to speak to her direct manager she said to call corporate. So I asked for the area manager she informed me they were a franchise branch. In that case I asked to speak to the owner and his name. She only provide a first name of Zee and did not give a last name because she is not allowed to give out personal information? This location has been getting worse and worse the pizza is good but I recommend going somewhere else, they do not know how to treat their customers nor do they care or know how to resolve issues. Save yourself the trouble avoid this location.
Waited an hour for my pizza and when I call them they had no record of my order but charged me and couldn't refund!! This place is a scam!

Called in an order for Shakaronni made sure it had 60 pieces of pepperoni they said yes and instead of 13 dollars they charged 22 dollars on my card then they made it 18. Of course I got hung up on by the so called manager when I called in to complain about it.I will never order from them again.I'm to old to go to jail these days.Let em have their BULLSHITT
