Second chance failed. Have not been in a while, hoping the food and service were better. Disappointed again. Missing a Protein from my order, a huge thing to forget. Called for a resolution and got challenged that the item would be in another box. Cool, where is the box? Not in the bag.Sidebar: The food portion is 75% rice and the quality is less than the local China Wok. Just skip this one and get Oriental somewhere else.

I feel like there is almost always something that they're out of or that they mess up with my order. But with the food I do get, it's good.

Ordered the large plate of fried rice with pepper beef, orange chicken and broccoli beef, one egg roll and crab rangoon for delivery.The crab rangoon and egg roll were very over cooked, the chicken pieces were small and rubbery and the broccoli florets were still frozen inside.The best things about all of it were the rice and the mushrooms from the pepper beef.I am thankful I only had to pay for the delivery fee from Uber Eats because I would take it back and ask them for a refund otherwise.Why is this place so popular with people?No hate to the emoloyees though.They're doing the best they can with the prepackaged ingredients they're provided.Thank you to the hard working employees! They all need a raise.The food should be better quality for what they're charging.Save some money and go to Grand Buffet on Spencer in Laporte during their lunch special hours.All you can eat for less than what you would pay at Panda Express with free drink refills AND dessert.

I went into Panda Express I signed about 7:30 or 8:00. They had their stuff together the line moved fast although they were extremely busy. I will always go back to that Panda Express?!

Every time I come here the food is either cold or they seem to never have a particular item for quite some time, I went here to go have dinner an hour before they close and the lobby was already closed before I even got there they had locked the doors before 8:00 and when I we luckily went to the drive-thru they had told me that they had very little product left even though the store wasn't going to be closed for another 45 minutes to 30 minutes when I had received my food I could already tell it wasn't even hot let alone lukewarm. I asked the employee in the Drive-Thru what time they close the lobby she referred to the lobby closing at 9:00 but probably before that it was already locked and employee of this establishment was willing and had the confidence to lie a customer about their store hours without a care. Definitely do not support this location, it's a shame I used to love panda but now I'm going to go to the other competitors for better service and food

The Plate which was grilled teriyaki chicken, fried rice, and honey nut shrimp was sooo delicious. Friendly service andvery professional. And quick.

Said they would make peppered chicken for me for one of my entree items and bring it to me. Be about 10 minutes they said. 20 minutes later, I went to the front and the lady said OH yeah. She walked to the cook and said something. She came back and said he still has to make it. Tried really hard for me to get something else. Said it would be 5 more minutes it was 10. It was on a tiny plate with uncooked onion and celery. I know they are cooked and are crunchy but these were raw. Very few pieces of Chicken with tons of raw celery and onion. Lesson learned. Not going back. Was actually craving it today for some stupid reason. Disappointed.

Very Rude employees had to ask 4 times to different employees if they took Apple Pay to get an answer only to be shushed by one of the employees which I found extremely disrespectful. I love Panda but their lack of customer service seriously makes me think about going back.

I am one of the BIGGEST fans of Panda Express and eat them at least twice a week. It’s really really aggravating and nerve wrecking when you’ve been craving it and get to the Fairmont location in Pasadena after a LONG day of running errands and not having ate anything only to find the drive through line longer than the parking lot. It’s even WORSE when you get off to go inside the lobby and the doors are locked and NO signage insight of the lobby being closed at 8:00PM! So mad I had to let the world know! #SorryNotSorry

I enjoy my meals every time I go here. The plate I got today was honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken with fried rice. IT WAS MOST EXCELLENT!!! The portion was just right. Not stuffed,but yet very satisfied.
