I come here late at night after work, I usually just order a $8 bundle since I prefer getting just fries and nuggets than anything else.Service is fair, the night staff are friendly you could say and my food tastes great, I can't speak much for anytime else as I mainly only come here during late nights
Always good service when I go only really slow at night past 11
They have two drive through lines but only took orders from the right lane. You can hear the person taking the orders from the other line while you just sit there trying to get them to actually do their job. Waited 15 minutes just to drive off. Seeing other reviews, this seems like a consistent problem. How are you still open?
The employees here are always so nice and they pretty much always get our intricate orders correct!
This is probably the cleanest McDonalds I have ever been in! Staff is great. Table service to support social distancing.
My husbands favorite daily stop for his coffee, and our little yorkies hamburger pattie.
To start I was a manager at the McDonald's for about 4 years, I know what is expected of the staff. I ordered 2 meals, between them I got maybe 1 medium fry collectively split between 2 boxes. The quarter pounders were thrown together, most things hanging outside of the bun. One was a quarter pounder deluxe which I asked for no tomatoes on. There were tomatoes on it, 3 of them. The drinks were a sweet tea and a half sweet half sweet tea. I recieved 1 sweet tea and 1 unsweet tea both of which tasted like they had been sitting for a while, not completely turned but quickly approaching it. It's truly disappointing to drop 20 bucks on 2 meals and get that bad of service and product and I get it, its fast food and you are rushed 90% of the time. That's no excuse for doing a terrible job.
If they're not going to open the play area for the kids then maybe get rid of it. The parks aren't shut down. I don't see the parks getting wiped down every couple of hours.
ordered a hot n spicy and they were missing a bun. how you do that??
Breakfast is good, fast service. Lunch on the other hand. I’ve had to go back twice for raw burgers.
