Rude would be the word I used if I only had one word to describe the customer service here. I think they learn their customer service skills from Donald Trump. This is amazing that we continue to frequent these places and this the best customer service they can provide. Sad

Ordered 2 Deluxe chicken sandwiches. More like a chicken nugget sandwich. And the other came without bread...... I don't know what to say.
To the manager that’s on the night shift tonight, you didn’t have to be so unprofessionally rude. You’re right it wasn’t your problem it was mine for taking the assumption that you would want to render product THAT WAS PAID FOR. I was simply trying to get my slushy and food after YALL didn’t give me. I went all the way home, came back and still left back home empty handed because what? You were having a rough night? Any ways, My apologies. I’ll be there first thing in the am, maybe, hopefully I can get someone more courteous.
The manager here is rude and does not belong in customer service. She didn't smile once the entire time. Isn't Mc Donald's supposed to be a fun family environment? Wow....get it together!

Used to be a good McDonalds, now the staff messes up the orders daily. McDonald’s is going down in customer service.
