Don't bother ordering at the kiosk. This place is very unorganized. Too many of the staff walking around not knowing what to do. I never got order tableside as per the kiosk instructions. Instead what appeared to be a manager was hollering that no one picked up the order. It was kaothic here and I never paid attention because my table tag said they would deliver to the table. Once I got it, it was cold and wrong. Went thought another issue trying to get it fixed. Goes to show you get what you pay for I guess.

Food as eating at a dine in restaurant and no where near the quality. That cant put extra mustard on your burger. There is a spot about the size of a thin dime in the middle the rest of the burger and dry everytime and my grandchildren like to go there frequently
I enjoy the meal but more so, there chicken nuggets and fries specially when it's fresh. Service is on point and never disappointed.
Best McDonald's I've been to, quick through the line and friendly staff. I do usually go at a slower time though.
This McDonald’s always has a long line so be prepared to wait. Lately the orders have been right but still they need to be a bit faster . And I’m not criticizing on something I’m not knowledgeable about I’ve worked fast food up to a manager position and my team was fast. Fries are cold or burnt sometimes but do not feel like going back in that 20 minute line most of the time unless it’s like a craving for fresh fries that night. Other than that everything else is alright.

The staff was very busy on their phones & left me waiting 18 minutes for a 20 piece nugget & a double quarter pounder meal, which was supposed to have extra pickles add lettuce & tomato, & didn't. Shame on that manager
Fries were freezing cold, 3/4 of the way filled. Took fat lady forever to help us. She didn’t even wear a hairnet and rolled her eyes a lot.
Ordering through the app doesn't help.When I tried to check in the guy couldn't understand me even though I was embarrassing myself screaming at the freaking call box and had to get someone else to help him.What I ordered: a double quarter combo and an extra fries.What I got: two double cheeseburgers, a Coke, some kind of pastry and a basket of fries is what I drove off with. It was the same-ish price as what had I wanted so woohoo! I guess.Save yourself the hassle and go to the one on Spencer or the one on Genoa.
