I use the app and placed a mobile order. A single big Mac and a quarter pounder. I sat at the spot for 25 minutes. I eventually had to go inside and ask. What looked like a manager an older Hispanic lady picked up a bag and asked why it's still sitting there and then said she would take it out. I stopped her and asked if it was #4, my order, she said yes. I said I've been outside for 25 minutes and then she proceeded to lie and say they just made it because they are busy. I was in line for 10 minutes before then and could see the bag. I knew it wasn't fresh. Just tell me the truth. Won't be back again with a liars working the counter.
The night shift at this location has manager problem. Orders are not taken on purpose so they do not have to work hard/fast to make food. Have seen this at this location for a few months on the weekend night shift. At first I though it was the labor shortage but this is not the case, as there is a lot of workers in there just playing around. It seemed there was only 1 lady in there trying to get things done while the rest of the kids just messed around.
Doesn't Honor official store hours for lobby.Updated - once at again it's 8:30 am and the lobby is still locked. This is very frustrating when you have only a mobile pick up order.Updated - 1/3 - still does not open lobby door at listed time.Update - 4/13 - once again the store is on honor the hours posted on the door it states it opens at 5:00 a.m. and once again the doors locked requiring you to go to drive through when you see multiple girls on the inside just talking little packets when they could have the lobby open. Also when you walk into the store instead of actually giving service they tell you you must take the order on the kiosk terrible location
This location is the worst. Fries are always cold, always have to ask for my order before they even start it, Ice cream machine is always broke, always out of apple pies, customer service is nonexistent and they always lock the doors so they don’t have inside customers, when they do open the inside, all the tables are dirty and the burgers are always made sloppy with the meat hanging out of the bun. The whole place needs new staff.
I came through here on drive-thru for dinner time after the lobbies closed and every time that I come through the lines are long or the wait time for someone to get through the drive-thru takes over 20 minutes just to get the order per person and on top of that the girl that hand you your food at the second window is rude and seems to have a problem with her job as it shows that she doesn't want to be there and she rudely brushes off customers questions. Went there today and that is exactly what happened for the third time. And the manager on shift apparently is oblivious to this. Not looking good on the manager of this night shift if he doesn't really care about being there.
The staff who worked on the night shift of Jan 25 2022 are goofy. They all mad they make 7.25 an hour . The manager needs to stop being lazy and keep these goofies in line . But then again if I made 7.25 an hour I wouldn’t care either . Straight broke . ?
I am a loyal customer, I go this location on Redbluff every morning,and I usually use my mobile order,They have a great crew early morning Mon-Friday,but on the weekend they are awful,they be on they cell phone,and always get my order wrong ?The manager man is always great but his crew member that work his shift is unprofessional and this isn't they first or second time getting my order right,but I guess they young and don't care,I spend a lot of money with McDonald's so I should be treated like the loyal customer that I am,I guess I'll be going to another location on the weekend definitely not on Redbluff in Pasadena, TX especially Bridgette and Racser not be spelling her name right but Monday-Friday they are wonderful and professional,weekend.Bridgette that work the drive thru is always nice and polite and Raissa,She usually do the front counter/front drive thru..They always make my day,Keep up the Great work Ladies?They need to give you guys a raise ?And the weekend crew just lost a loyal paying customer...
This is the absolutely slowest McDonald’s drive thru I’ve ever been in. I sat here for 20 minutes waiting to just order.
As always has been, good place for a quick bite. At whatever time anything feels like, affordable munchies and late night snacks.
Wow, I am stunned at how unprofessional and disrespectful the staff were. Not only to each other, but to customers also. Poorly trained employees and management was absolutely incompetent. The manager was the loudest and the most "Toxica" I've seen. Cussing and yelling at employees, blaming others for her failures and short comings.My visit was on 10/24/21 @ 7-8pm.I would rather drive a little further to get my McDonald's fix. I'm definitely passing this establishment up and on to the next on.
