Ordered through the mobile app. Ordered a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich. Instead of telling me when I arrived that there were no tomatoes, they just handed me my food. When I got to the car, I was shocked to see that the extras which I paid for were not there.The manager refunded the $0.75 difference, but he seemed put out by it. Please do not waste your time ordering anything extraordinary at this McDonald's, as you may not receive it.
I am a delivery driver who picks up orders with numbers on them. These numbers are on my phone along with all other drivers who pick up. Somebody in management has seemingly told employees to keep the number that is displayed on the bagged order facing away from us. So basically we come in pressed for time and cannot see if an order might be ours or not. It is very hard to get assistance there for mobile orders because everybody is really busy. When we finally get some help they treat us like we're trying to steal the food. We have the entire number and order on our phone, but they don't want to see that, they want us to tell them the number, sometimes annoyingly two or three times. We are on the clock people, working for your customer. We are not the enemy, it won't be giving away state secrets if you make the number visible and ask us to verify it with our phone.
They upped their game. So far People are moving fast and getting orders out correctly. Ive been here years back and i didn't enjoy it. I have been coming back this year and so far it's good.
I'm convinced everybody that works here hates their job. It never fails that no matter what time of day or night I go, I'm waiting in drive-through at least a good 5 minutes before even being acknowledged or told anything. It would be understandable if somebody at least said to give them a moment but they can't even do that.
I was going to give them 4 starts because it's always packed, but that's a good thing because that means they're doing something good and it shouldn't be looked bad upon a place because they're packed, thus far no complaints always get exactly what I order in a timely manner even if it is always packed. ?
had ordered 2 happy meals and the bread on the burger was hard rock hard and the nuggets aswell was going to go back but not even worth the time if they cant even check the bread for burgers i cant imagine what a health inspector would find
I’ve been going to the McDonald’s at least twice a week and today when I went there to get a caramel frappe after drinking almost half of my Coffee I realize there was a roach so I spit it out and I was really disgusted so I called them to tell them I don’t want a refund I don’t want another meal I just want them to know that I found a dead roach so that way they’ll clean the machines then they gave the phone to the manager and she had the audacity to tell me girl quit playing then hang up the phone I called again and asked for corporate number she hung up on me I was trying to be respectful but honestly I did not like how they disrespected me.
Food was good but service was poor. Waited in curbside for over 20 minutes. Went to the door it was locked so went thru drive thru and they said they were not taking new orders because they are closed. Finally got our food .
Went through the drive thru at 2:30 AM and sat there for 10 mins. Saw a gentlemen in the store with a white shirt and he completely ignored me. Terrible customer service : Update this place is never open at night. They have this sign up every night claiming to be under maintenance. 24hrs is a scam
Ordered chicken,,dry tasteless hard cooked far earlier than served. But stie was open and busy.But will not return
