This McDonalds always has the same recurring issues. Forgetting items,food not made right even as a mobile order, and waits are sometime long. Today was a new one expired food. Bought 2 pies and time stamped was: Enjoy by 10:12 and time stamp on receipt is 10:54. Asked how could this be allowed to pass. Worker said I don’t know wasn’t running that area. Ok. Let me talk to the manager, she should know. Worker stated she’s busy, we are short handed, she can’t come to the right now. Wow, workers at MsDonalds are clueless. And they want to be paid more for doing a half fast job. Why?
Today May 29 we arrived at 7:15 am and the front door was locked and the store supposedTo be open at 7:00 am we knocked the door and a young lady answered the door and let us in but another lady came she didn't want to take our order she told us to go to the drive thru but my truck is higher than 9ft so her name is Tamara and I believe the owner should know what is going on in his business terrible customer service.
This location had gone down the drain. They always for get something. I'm so tired of having to go back and got my food fixed. They are nit salting their fries and they can't even put together a burger right. My cheese is half way off and in the wrapper instead of on my burger. And they want higher wages..... This is mostly the evening shift. I dont have those problems with breakfast.
Drove thru about 6pm line was super long but got great service !! Order was correct and everything tasted great !! Will be back again soon…
This is not 24 hours. Everytime I come thru between 2 and 4am the drive thru lights ate on but no one answers. And I did see crew members inside.
They're other food items were good, but the chicken nuggets, they tasted like ... I don't even know lol. Not the fresh kind. Like obviously you know what you're getting at McDonald's, but part of the reason we go back, is because its so artificially pleasing. We know it may not digest, and what have you, but it is good and keeps us coming. Lol this wasn't the case with the nuggets but the burgers, yeah, yum ???
My day has been ruined by the manager at this location that was running the cash drive thru this morning. We made two orders and when it was time for my passenger to pay, she wasn’t aware that she was suppose to take the payment from the second order and I made her aware of it and she Went off on me like I was in the wrong… she took my payment and told me to leave… I couldn’t believe it… never been disrespected so bad… I was forced to rebuttal… but never the less… everyone at this establishment isn’t insane… since she was the manager I asked for a supervisor and that was the person that really knew how to do their job well… that is why I gave the rating of three… otherwise it would’ve been a one… so beware of this dark skin female that calls herself a manger
The employees there are always polite and the service is quick.
This is definitely one of my favorite locations to eat when I'm in the area. Food is ALWAYS HOT AND FRESH. Friendly service ALWAYS!! Today was my first time using MCDONALD'S app and"Jay" made sure I was a satisfied customer.... 5 STARS for this location AND Ms.Jay!
I ordered a caramel machiado and they gave me nothing but cream I told the lady and she totally ignored me ?
