I'm not one to complaint but after 3 times of my order being wrong and when I called the Manager has the audacity to tell me, if we messed up your order 3 times why wouldn't you check it before you leave, that's the wrong answer. I'm not looking for a free meal just good service. I'm not from Pasadena, I drive from Katy everyday therefore this is the closest establishment to me. I will be calling the owner of the location due to the bad service and having workers that obviously need to be more training on not only serving but customer service. STARTING with the manager and the young man name CHRIS definitely needs to be train before just thrown in a position that he can't handle.
Judy the manager is sooo rude and unprofessional, Mc donalds yall need to just throw that whole manager away in trash and get a better one!
Came to the drive thru and ordered 2 10 piece chicken nuggets combos than I asked the guy can I add something to my order real quick before he gave me my total and rude enough he said sorry can’t do it just go to the next window and once I proceed to the second window my order was still wrong really disappointing hopefully I don’t expect it to happen it again.
I used to work here. They don't clean till the end of shift. Unless it was me cleaning. It's a bunch of gross people in there grabbing your food bare handed, and putting it together. And the only covid precaution is mask. Other than that, everyone sits back there stealing food and eating it over the food they are making for you. I hope literally everyone sees this. I will never NEVER be back to this place to work or to eat.
Ordered Sausage McGriddle. They were hard on one side and hard to eat. Wasted my money on this trip .
Took me about 20 minutes after arriving for a pickup order , for me to get a kids meal and fries. If they were understaffed I would've understood,... but they had a crew of about 20 working.
Apparently this McDonalds doesn't have 24/7 breakfast when I thought every place did, and even though it was 10am I still wasn't able to get my coffee that I really wanted.
This McDonald's always gives the orders wrong. My kids are always upset because they never make their burgers plain when I especially told them plain. They never have ice mocha coffee.
Do not go here. Literally go anywhere else. Nastiest spicy chicken i have had in my life. Super burnt with literally 2 pieces of lettuce. Got a large fry and a basket of fries. Super cold, soggy, and no salt at all. Sooo disappointed. We are not able to get mcdonalds all the time so this was a treat. Got home to this food and almost cried. Dude at the window super rude too. Just don’t go to this mcdonalds.
