Not great pizza but good ?...service was great
The pizza bowl was very good and worth the drive to Pasadena, Tx. The inside of the restaurant was very dirty, the TVs were on but buffering and loud, in need of serious updates.
Awesome customer service and awesome hot food. We ordered an all meat large pizza and a large Supreme pizza. Sorry I forgot to take pictures, I'll get them next time. Keep up the awesome job guys.
This place was great, but this time we visited, it seemed as if they may be shutting down this location. The drink machine was gone, they told us they didn't have salad (there was salad in the cooler directly behind the register). The pizza and wings were less desirable than previous visits. There was 1 person working (and working hard) the whole store. I really hope this location gets some attention to build it back up.
I called to order a medium pepperoni pizza like i usally do and the guy told me that pizza was no longer 6.99. So i asked how much it would be and he tells me 14.00 i was like wth nevermind then. Then i was kinda bummed that price went up so i went on the website and it says medium pizza is still 6.99. I dnt understand why this guy tells me a different price but i will jo longer order from marcos again sorry you just lost a customer.i went to little ceasar instead.
It was my first time going. Staff was extremely nice. Easy to order and food was delicious. Very clean atmosphere. Did I mention the food was DELICIOUS!!
this was my first time eating at Marco's Pizza..and i can tellbyou..it wont be the last..the pizza was great and the cheesy sticks were too..the menu was very tempting for my next visit..

First and last time coming here. We ordered carry-out. Our pizza was supposed to be ready at 6:54pm. We came in, one of the guys asked for our name and said it wasn't ready, it should be ready in 5 min. A while after that a young lady asked what our order was and said it's almost ready, just waiting on wings and cheesy bread. We kept waiting and she told the guys they messed up our order. By this time, the first guy that spoke to us had already left to make a delivery and came back and asked the name again. Our wings were ready, but then he took our wings and put them to the side for delivery. The girl asked are y'all just taking whatever from here? So we had to wait longer for the bread and wings because ours were taken for other orders. Almost 30 min later, she gives us our order and asked us to check it and see if it was correct. We understand a lot of places are understaffed and busy, all they had to do was say, we made a mistake we are sorry, that would have been the respectful thing to do, but no one apologized. Needless to say that was a very bad 1st impression.
I ordered through DoorDash because I came from out of town. I ordered chicken and veggies because I don’t eat pork. When my order arrived at my hotel it was a sausage and pepperoni pizza. I called and the manager told me my hotel was too far to deliver so they would take care of me “next time”. When I asked to speak to the manager because I don’t plan on coming back anytime soon, they took my name and number and never contacted me.I do not recommend you patronize this business. Find another pizza place. They make mistakes and you have to pay for them.
