I will never purchase a icecream cake. It was the worst that I ever have taste. It tasted weird and some of the cake tasted nasty. The way they described their cakes was not true of their cakes. I should of just went to Dairy Queen. Their cakes taste way better.
We went in at 5:30 after calling to make sure it was open. We were told they would be closing at 6. As soon as we walked in, we were turned away and told they were already closed.
Went in to get my daughter a well deserved treat, thinking it would be nice to take her for some delicious ice cream. The minute I walked in the employees looked clueless, didn’t even greet us or help explain anything. I asked about the sizes and cone types since it was our first time and she just shuck her head. Worst experience ever, the toppings weren’t explained so by the time she mixed them in the ice cream because she said she had to or I would be charged extra, my daughters was melting. I asked for a smoothie and got cold ice cream hard as a rock. They didn’t even offer a straw nor napkins. Very rude and unprofessional, I do not recommend this location at all. If you don’t like your job, stay home. Customer service is very important!!!!! Pathetic service.

Sadly the service was awful. The staff was rude and acted as we were an inconvenience to be there. The ice cream was melting in the case. It was almost melted by the time we received it. My friend became sick shortly after getting home. This place should be shut down!
The rudest lady named ZIA gave me the worst service. I’ve repeatedly had to tell her my order and she still couldn’t get it. but she was able to roll her eyes and give me dirty looks after i would kindly informed her that was not what i ordered. Honestly, trash service.
Cinthia was the girl who helped me out today and I had already had a very frustrating day and she managed to be very patient with me. She even said a joke to put a smile on my face, their customer service was super nice I definitely recommend you guys to go visit Cinthia and get one of their delicious ice cream cakes!
Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, I went in over the weekend and the workers seemed really annoyed that we went in to order remind you that they were died when we went in. I had a big order and the shake I ordered was more water the shake, after complaining to the “manger” she told me they don’t know how to make shakes. After telling them to make it again the lady behind the counter got mad and threw the shake back at us and started yelling and wanted to step outside to fight my sister, the manager just stood there watch and not doing anything to stop the madness. We ended up leaving after being soaked in ice cream and shake. Still haven’t heard back from the owner about a refund or anything.
