I love the Ice cream and the cookies here. However, we went there recently on a Friday at 10:30. The sign said they close at 11. After we paid for our ice cream, the girl told us we couldn't eat inside. We had to stand outside and eat our food with bugs crawling around us. Meanwhile other customers came in and ordered and then left, so they were still open, they just didn't want us in there

I had the double dark chocolate and didn’t taste at all like the Webster , river oaks location. The texture was grainy and different and the price was even higher. The waffle cone was saggy and tasted old. I don’t feel like they are following the ice cream original recipe or using the name brand ingredientes. Will not be back:(

Ice cream was unequivocally disgusting, had a horrible taste, and by God do not get me started on the after taste. Service was subpar and they were very, VERY stingy with the whip cream. Over all very disappointing experience to say the least

If I could leave a 0, I would. Not only is the service horrible, To Zia, the ice cream scooper whose work ethic was terrible. It seems like you didn’t want to Work. Not only was her attitude horrible; She must have an eye problem because she kept on rolling her eyes at me. But no hate to ZIA I hope she’s has a wonderful day ?
