An immature little girl was at the drive through with a very rude attitude, no manners at all. A little girl like her first of all should not be there specially at customer service.
Terrible. Took 20 minutes to get my food with nobody in the line behind me. Also completely forgot my mashed potatoes. Seems like the employees are playing and not working.UPDATE: Tried calling the managers number many times and even left a voicemail. Never heard a thing.
I just came through the drive thru around 6pm Friday June 10th and got no service. No one answered the speaker, drove to the pick up window and I saw 2 employees playing on their phones. When they saw me and they just ignored me, never came to window when I am shouting ARE YOU OPEN???? THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.....NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL FROM THE EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!
We really liked this place. The employees were extremely friendly and very attentive. The food was fresh and good. It was a good experience. We just wish the location was closer so we could come more often but we'll eventually be back.
Mouth watering chicken and food. Brings back the Louisiana Flavor. If you don't stop here it's a crime. Why settle for just a burger when you can enjoy the "Flavor" of Louisiana's Famous Fried Chicken. Crispy Chicken, melts in your mouth, Mash Potatoes, and coleslaw all made from scratch. Very polite employees. Easy access from Red Bluff Rd, and Pasadena Blvd.

Was giving this place a try smh ,upon entering the restaurant I noticed it was empty (red flag). I ordered a meal and the cashier was not very helpful as far as being friendly or suggesting any good items. The cooks looked a mess and didn't seem to be in uniform. Honestly they were looking at me weird like if I was up to something or judging them but I was just simply looking around the restaurant like any curious customer would. I also saw a roach behind the counter right at the cash register. And to top it all off I got my food and it was very average nothing to brag about not nearly as good as other fast food chicken places.

Online says they close at 10pm on Sunday. Worker inside said they close at 9pm and only had a little bit of chicken left. Because they were already cleaning the fryer. They need to change their hours online. Was looking forward to getting dinner from here.
Esther is an awesome employee!! Their chicken strips are next-level good especially when fresh - & halal! Screw golden chick!!!!!
