great kind customer service. saddens me to see this fantastic chain under appreciated. went there w my mom on saturday at lunch time and the whole time we dined in we were the only ones there. my favorite seafood of all time. i dont care what anyone says. please go support your local lohn john because I love this place and they keep closing down. DONT LET LOHN JOHN SILVERS DISAPPEAR! delicious fish, awesome breading and the best seafood chain

I know not everyone likes long john silvers but I'm a huge fan and wish there were more of them.I don't go often but when I usually do it's this time of the year (spring). This one is usually packed but the day and time I came was around 6:30 pm on a Monday so it wasnt too bad.The batter was salty and crispy but I prefer that. The service was good, and I asked for lemon and tarter sauce and they gave me a generous amount.Because this place was so busy the downfall was how clean it was. Not everything was stocked up and a few tables were not as clean. It really in my opinion wasn't too bad but if you coming to sit in sure it might of been a bother. They do take care of your needs as far as fresh and hot and delicious.Don't have pictures but next time I will take some and give and update.A good place to stop for fast food fried fish!! ??

A few days ago was my first visit to this location I ordered the 16 piece family meal and I got half fish half chicken and when I got home it was a mess. The fish pieces very small took eating 3 pieces to make 1 regular size. The fries tasted as if they weren't cooked all the way. I also ordered the 15 grilled shrimp for $10 again not worth buying. Only thing that tasted ok was the corn and green beans.

Went on Friday during Lent. Crowded AF. No tables open. It was odd to see because LJS is never crowded... but Lent. When a table came open we got our greasy fish that we we craving. Love it.

The only thing I can say positive was the employee was friendly. Fish had been kept in warmer too long so it was kinda dry and tough. Below the drive thru window was filthy from spilled drinks over the years. I've seen cleaner oil change places. It's one of only a hand full of LJS left and I can see why.

There aren't many of these around the area! This one is BRAND NEW. The drive-thru was insanely busy. We dined-in. Even with the long line around the building our service was pretty quick (and they seemed terribly understaffed). I think the owner was actually cleaning the dining room! The food was exactly what we expected. Batter was crunchy, fish was well-cooked and delicious. Hush puppies were awesome so we got more to take home! It was a bit of a drive just for some fast food but I think it was worth it.

Service was great. The elder lady was friendly and nice. But food was not what it use to be. And of course price adjust accordingly. Will be a while before we return.

Great service, the employee at the register named Starr was very welcoming and fast with getting our food out to us.

I love fried fish and shrimp so the food is fine, I like it actually. And the people are not rude, but my God man the last 3 times I have been here in the past 12 months, each time I have waited at least 35 minutes, once it was nearly 45 minutes. And it was not like ALOT of people were there each time. The first time I thought this was probably an outlier, stuff happens, I understand you can have a bad day. The 2nd time was more frustrating because the same thing happened. We went yesterday and thought they must have whatever kinks worked out and maybe it would take 15 minutes at the most. NOPE. Took 40 minutes. Ordered my food at 6:10 pm (it was on my receipt) and they got it to me at 6:50. So I am not trashing the people or the food, but my advise is do one of 2 things 1) order online an give them at least an hour or 2) bring an iPad, a board game or something to read if you go there in person. I am confident you will wait at least 30 minutes. If you know that going in, its less frustrating.
