Why is it EVERY TIME I CALL y'all never pick up the phone!!! I swear I have called on different occasions and y'all don't answer ,this last time which was today I waited for someone to pick up for 15 min before I hung up, it's ridiculous I wanted to order ahead since my internet service wasn't working and couldn't online ,please fix this issue asap!
Placed an order on the app, went to pick up it wasn't ready NO PROBLEM my phone ran out of battery I decided to wait in the pizzeria. The kid that was at the register was helping in the kitchen he was going back and forth he was touching register, pizza doors, money, he kept fixing his facial masks touching his long hair and going in the kitchen putting pepperoni, cheese, etc IN PIZZAS WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS!!!! I was so disappointed , never going back to this pizza, pizza place.
The Manager here should be fired immediately, I called so many times, no answer, FIRE,FIRE,FIRE!!!
Poor attitude poor effort on my pizza wait time is trash try subway next to it it's way better !!!
Literally called the spice three times in a row and was on hold longer than 5 minutes each, and they never picked up
I ordered three pizzas, and an order of chicken wings. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order, so I went to sit in my car. I was having a severe headache, so my husband took our receipt to go get the pizza for me. He stood waiting for awhile then asked Irvin, his name is on the receipt, how much long it would be. Irvin told my husband the order had already been picked up, and tooked the receipt from my husband. My husband told him he knows for a fact it hadn't been picked up because his wife, who ordered it, is right there. After a debate, Irvin told my husband that homeless people take receipts all the time to get free pizza. My husband has many medical issues. Has been through a lot. I can not believe he was treated so badly. He doesn't even look homeless. The order was completely wrong, but I don't care. Nobody deserves to be treated in such a matter. I have been trying to get ahold of the manager since the store opened today. Nobody answers the phone. This occured November 22, 2021.
Very good & prompt service. At appx. 3pm on 9/9/21 the lady at the counter was excellent.
Called and they did not have my order so I had to wait 15 minutes for the order I had phoned in half an hour before
Understandable that it does get busy, but the phones and/or phone lines need the most work on.
said they were only taking online orders because their system was down, I had cash and they said they couldn’t take that payment. the tone was very dismissive.
