Very unprofessional and rude customer service.. When I asked for her name she said her name was Jocelyn When I let her know that I would be complaining to corporate she said that was fine... Went to show me that she didn't really care
Pizza was a good bargain but I had a frustrating experience. I had 6 kids in the car and went through the drive thru. She said it would be about 15 minutes. OK. It's Friday night, I get it. I asked her where to park and she told me. Then I asked if they would bring it out and she said I'd have to go in to get it or circle back through the drive thru that's already a traffic hazard to get in and out of. You'd think they'd have a system or a parking spot to bring it out since you chose drive thru for a reason.
I guess a blind guy made my pizza feb 17th 2022, three topping paid for, got two. Sausage just thrown on half, 3 slices. Paid $14 ish for basically a classic pizza.
This pizza is actually good. My kids like it and it's cheap. I paid $15 for 2 pizzas and a 2 litter soda. And my kids eat for lunch and dinner. You can't beat that. ? ? ?
I pulled up to the drive thru n asked for 3 pizzas, I was asked to wait 10 to 15 minutes...I went in a minute or 2 before 10 minutes n they were ready! They were yummy too ....my only reason I don't give 5 is cuz on a busy night, they should keep them pizzas rollin out!
Great whenever I go but sometimes I ask for my pizza to be well done... I like it a little crispy... it isn't to where I like it but still great never had an actual issue
Rude workers have items on app but not in store when I go in girl says no we don't have don't carry so why have oncur app called back to verify guy answers and asks and apparently they do have and it takes 15 minutes to order so why say you don't then you do makes no sense then people can't give names out over phone buy if I go in store they could I talked to manager Stephanie she said they do carry and takes 15 minutes if I wanted to place an order no not giving my business to your rude workers

I did a make my own ordered 4 topping. They just threw everything in the middle of the pizza and baked it. Not an enjoyable pizza
Horrible experience. Was told the wait for wings was 15 minutes and to wait in my car in front of the store. I waited 30 minutes and nobody came out with my order. When I went inside there’s was employees standing in the corner talking and the girl who gave me my order didn’t say a word just placed my order on the counter & walked away. My order was not even warm when I got it. I wouldn’t even rate 1 star.
