Comparing Pasadena's Kings BBQ to the La Porte/Deer Park locations. This location is garbage, kids Cheese Burger was tough and dry. The Angus Steak was two hamburger patties also tough and dry, the baked potato was cold and hard. The brisket sandwhich lacked flavor and also dry.The other two locations in La Porte/Deer Park are 4/5 stars, depending on who is servicing you. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5 miles or so to the other 2 locations.

So glad we decided to try this place out!! The rib eye steak was cooked to perfection .... other steak places cannot compare. So glad we took a chance. The baked potato was humongous. The chicken fried steak was cooked perfect also .... not greasy, very good. I know well be seeing more of this place and sorry it took us this long to find them.❤

My ex-husband and I just came from there. Was going to order food to go. However, my ex-husband is epileptic and has a service dog. Guy at the counter said that dogs aren't allowed. Understandable. However, once we stated that he is a service dog for my ex, the guy asked if he had the service dog card for the service animal. Legally we do not have to show the card and legally you cannot ask that question. All you can ask is if it is a service animal and upon being told yes, that's it. Update your crew on this and we may return for a second time as this was our first time going into your establishment.

I come here on business, and it's an amazing place with an amazing environment. You walk in and your mouth starts watering from the delicious smells.

Awesome BBQ at the Spencer location. Go see Marco cut up some of the best BBQ around. The fried okra is the best I have had !!!!

I really want to support local restaurants but the food was so disappointing here. I decided to write a review because I just spent $60 for a family of four and not one of us was satisfied. Chicken was dry (tasted reheated), Mac and cheese tasted as bad as KFC, and the beans were hard. I don't have the guts to ask for my money back but I wish I did after this experience.

Went here for dinner with family, the only ones there… meat was decent, all sides were terrible, the staff isnt that great, no masks worn, and everyone was coughing their lungs up, if i didnt have covid before, me and my family do now!

The ribs are just plain bad. The brisket is super SUPER dry. They didn't include ANY bbq sauce with my order of 1lb brisket, 1/2 lb ribs, 1/2 lb sausage (only edible part of the meal). My advice: spend the extra money and go to Killens or Pappas Delta Blues Smokehouse. This place is not worth wasting your money. I rarely leave reviews but I couldn't let others waste $50+ on an inedible meal.

Really good food. Great daily specials. Nice staff. Will go again.

I ordered the three meat plate with Brisket, Ham and Ribs. Also got the Corn Casserole and Greeen Beans. The portions were huge. However, there was no flavor on the brisket or ribs. I'm a little spoiled because I spent several years in Luling and Lockhart area and had really good Central Texas BBQ. This BBQ tastes like they just threw the meat on the pit without any seasoning rub. Don't know what kind of wood they used but there wasn't much of a smoke ring or hint of the smoke flavor.
