Hadn't been to a JCI in years... it was great! Friendly service as well.
Hope the food is better than their customer service. Just called to get store hours information since a holiday & David answered. He was rude & impatient. He initially hung up on me, 1 second into the call. I called back & asked if he could hear me than he proceeded to tell me “yes hurry up & tell me what you want because we are busy”. Awful. What kind of company allows that type of customer service. I don’t want to waste my time nor there time, which is why I called. The Google search literally indicates “4th of July might affect these hours”. If that notation wasn’t there I would have known it was regular store hours & no phone call needed. It’s July 4th, I didn’t want to show up at 2:45 when they close at 3. The time it took him to complain rudely to me I could have asked my question. The phone placement is apparently wrong too because he said “what” to me more than once indicting he couldn’t hear me over with what I assume to be the traffic he was experiencing in the store. Going to drive further out to Webster location instead.
It was the most disgusting place I have ever ate at ... The guy got mad at me that made the hot dogs because I told him I didn't want mustard on the hot dog. At the original James Coney island they would never put mustard on your hot dog... Had to throw the hot dogs away looks away because the chili tasted like it was old it was the most terrible experience I have ever had a James Coney island...of course it was sold out......there are better places to eat ...avoid this place like you would the plague....
Great place for a chili dog… chili-cheese tater tots are awesome
Service was very straightforward and big guy at register was not into his job. Food was great parmasan garlic fries were delicious
The person taking orders was obviously not happy to be there and not rude but not friendly. Food was ready quick. Not as good as it used to be though.... Sad.
Food is great. I dined in and it was clean and quiet! Will be back again!

Sad to say but JCI messed up big. I'm eating and it's good, until I found a fairly big strip of plastic in the middle. It was disgusting, and to make things worse, the employees just stared at me... like I messed up!! I won't be back.
Great hot dogs and the chilli is amazing. The Walker street is my fave. 2 dogs all the way with fries or tots and a drink try the Delaware Punch.
