Just stopped in for dinner with the family. They've changed the menu, sort of. The menu board was the same but now there are no substitutions only upcharges. But the problem I have with this is that at no time was this stated as we were ordering our food. We discovered the change of policy as we were looking at our ticket and then we tried to discuss this with them. I felt as though they were trying to cheat me by asking questions that caused the price to go up without telling me there would be an upcharge. What restaurant does that. I'm a long time customer that won't be back.

I have been coming here my whole life and was pleased until now. We got a bowl of soup, 2 manager specials, and a cheese sandwhich. Some how that now costs as much as going elsewhere for a steak dinner. My 5 years old's cheese sandwhich was $8, then they upcharged for the cheese and claimed the cost was because she got shredded cheese after asking if she wanted shredded and then not stating there was an extra cost. This made a cheese sandwhich for a 5 year old cost $10.I dont want to hear about prices of living has gone up. Other restaurants are not doing this so that's probably were we will go next time. Also, please clean your bathroom.

I ordered the manager special with a 1/2 Reuben and 1 trip to salad bar with a drink it was $18 then I tipped. Maybe it's just the economy but that's steep for a half a sandwich a small bowl of salad. To top it off when my food came there is less meat on the sandwich compared to a month ago last time I visited and the lady did not bring my salad bowl. She looked me straight in my face and said go back up there and get it from the guy behind the counter. This would have been fine but then the lady went and sat down with her friends and started eating potato chips. She got up a few minutes later with chips still in her mouth when they told her there was more food to run to tables. She never washed her hands from eating chips at the table to going and handing people there plates. That is definitely a Health Code violation and not sanitary at all. I hope Jason's liked my $20 for an inadequate meal that could potentially make me or someone else sick because they'll never get another dollar from me. I urge Jason's Deli to train their employees better not only with customer service but with better sanitation practices.

I thought curbside meant they were suppose to bring it to you?? We checked in and then waited in our car for nearly 15 minutes before I just went inside and asked for it. It was just sitting there on the shelf, getting cold. And the cashier didn't care one bit, just handed me my food without a word. Then we ate it and it wasnt even that good, which was dsappointing :( we love Jason's Deli, but not this one.

You have a manager Christina that works for your organization that I don't even know how she can claim to be a manager. The most disrespectful individual. She truly has no clue about customer service. Will never ever eat at another Jason's deli again off the service that I received from this mgr and will ensure everyone that I can spread the word too will never eat at a Jason's delli as well. Terrible service and not a care to make it right

My husband and I ordered both ordered a bowl of soup. People we came with ordered 10 minutes after us and got their food. After 20 minutes my husband went to the counter to find out where our order was. It was still hanging up and they had slid it back so it was behind about 15 orders that were placed after ours. They moved the order to the front so it will be done immediately another 10 minutes went by we still didn't have our soup. Our friend went to the counter and and they said it would be the next order. It took over half an hour to get two bowls of soup.

California combo with fruit. Delicious, large sandwich, fruit was fresh and good price

The food is great! I suggest you hire staff that is friendly and smiles with their voice. The young lady at the counter was robotic, almost seemed annoyed. Still a good place to eat.
