Also not wearing gloves when cooking. Would love it if someone called the health inspector on this place for those violations of FDA
This morning I went to this jack In the box and was charged $30 for food I never received and told I had insufficient funds. I asked if they could take off a few items as I knew there was money in the account and was told that it went through but I'd be refunded the full amount. That being the only money had I couldn't go anywhere else to eat and was told I had to wait until tomorrow to be refunded or given the food I should have gotten the previous day. By far my worst experience at this store and for some reason this store seems to have a lot of problems
Food was cold and old bread wasn’t even toasted right and they maid my husband wait for 20min so nasty ? don’t eat at this location
Stopped by for a quick bite. What i got was cold food! Had to go back for my food to be replaced. Employee apologize and I received hot food.
They gave me 9 nuggets instead of 10, and the nuggets are all burnt and incredible. Curly fries are meh. Barely any meat on the tacos. Sprite was yucky, musty, and undrinkable. I tossed it. They probably haven't cleaned their soda machines in ages. I'm not eating any of this, and you shouldn't either. They'll probably make you sick. This is the worst experience I've ever had at any Jack in the Box. Worst Jack in the Box in the country. Spent all night at the emergency room and this was the only place open. So disappointed. I can't believe I spent money on this. Whoever made and served this to another human being should be embarrassed. Everyone check your food before leaving this place.
Employees were nice. Food was good. Probably ate too much because the cheddar burger is just a lot to eat with fries and stuffed jalapeños.
It was nighttime and they were very very busy however a really sweet African American girl with curly hair and freckles gave the best customer service I've had at a Jack in the box for a while. ?
Oh..btw.even tho there burgers and fries are as good as any other chain if you want tacos this is an ideal spot for vegans..tacos are 97% lettuce with very little meat at all.. maybe a few pieces of burger...
After working a 12hr shift I did not want to cook and decided to stop in before going home tonight. I didn’t have to wait long and when I pulled up I was greeted with a warm welcome from Mark. He’s not only professional but also personable. His upbeat attitude was very refreshing after the long day I have had. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and two chicken teriyaki combos. I was missing an egg roll when I got home but I know mistakes happen, and if I was that worried about it I would’ve called or went back and I’m sure they would’ve made it right.
Came here at night only to wait a long time for some one to answer in the drive through considering there were no cars in line. I gave my order then was ignored for a couple minutes only for a diffrent person to ask what I ordered again and the person was rude and had a attitude. I will not be coming back here any time soon as this is the second time I've had a bad experience here.
