This is the third time I've been to this location at night and was told "our card machine is down, we can only accept cash", which caused me to leave empty handed. Not a good way to conduct business. Either the employees are lying so they don't have to work, or you need to update your equipment so as not to drive away so many customers.

This place really sucks during the day rude workers always have attitude and get orders wrong. But when I come at night my food is always hot and fresh and my order is right and worker bobby is always friendly and helpful. Y'all should give him a raise. Seems like every time I come at night he's working.
Customer service is not the greatest. Food is starting to not be worth the money for the food. Burgers are shrinking and prices going up. Food is almost always cold. Mines well just go to a real restaurant. Better and more food for the same price depending on where you go.
This store is absolutely garbage. Employees dont use gloves, they will drop food and but it back in your bag. The staff is treated horrible. And btw most of the time they do have tacos and just lie cause they are lazy. There are roaches in the lettuce and rolly Polly's In the rice. Honestly should be shut down.
Usually when we go here it's pretty good service and food but last night we just ordered tacos and they were cold and stale. Do better jack!
Second time in the last 2 weeks I have went to this location and they have no tacos ... this is actually a common occurrence through the year here ... I was craving but anyway I tried to compromise and order a breakfast platter and was told they don't serve breakfast in the evening.... I thought Jack in the box made it clear to the public that they serve breakfast all day ... they advertise on TV and on the building itself ... am I the only one seeing these signs? ?
I got 2 orders with 2 different burgers and one with fries and one with poppers, it wasn't until we bit into our burgers that we realized they had mixed up the orders and the bag with the poppers had the other burger and vice versa.
Good location, pleasant staff and good food. All I really need to like a place
