Food? Aight. Drive thru service? Trash. Thank you to the (I assume) manager who took over after hearing how unwelcoming her employee was. It’s always been a hit or miss with this location if drive thru even answers. Food has always been average, good enough to randomly return.But if your job makes you so miserable that you project that negativity towards the customer, you should probably look for a different job. It’s crazy how she asked “regular fries or curly” with the same exact tone as “f you”.
Last time I went into this restaurant to eat recently I ordered a buttery jack and an iced tea to drink. The buttery jack did not have dark green lettuce on it, it had chopped lettuce instead. No cheese, and no pillow top bun were on it either. The burger tasted more like a jumbo jack. The new manager said he was out of iced tea and said he had been trying to order a bag of tea where he could put it in the fountain drink dispenser instead to service it there thru a spigot instead of putting it in steel cans separately and serving it to customers. Disappointed.
Whoever the woman was that was working drive thru this morning was the RUDEST person I have ever encountered! She had an attitude when taking the order then pretty much threw my order at me. If you don't like your job, get a new one! She has no business working customer service.
I just spent 30 on the and wasn't happy about it. The food was horrible ? ? dry as hell I'll never go there again. I took a bit and it was dry and handsome I opened it up it's nothing in there look at the picture your self and that's just one my kids told me this jumbo jack don't even look right so they don't want to eat it..I should take it back..
Seriously, I’m worried to even ask about management because I feel like they were part of the problem today. Extremely rude at the drive thru. I made sure our order was correct and apparently she didn’t like it, she responded with “pull up”. When did Jack in the box start hiring hoodlums? I made a comment on how rude she was being. It is obvious that no customer service training is happening here. As we “pull up” to the front all three of your employees were clearly talking about us too. They couldn’t stop looking at us and talking. The guy made it even more obvious. It was an 8:30 order, I’m sure it’s not hard to figure out who was on the clock.Edit: as I sit here waiting on our movie to start I’m reading other reviews. Wow, this needs to be taken to corporate. So many reviews on the staff and how rude they are.
Great food, fast service and made hot and fresh.
I only came to this location for the Oreo shakes me my family. The price seems to be slowing going up on them which is weird to me. If the price is going to go up so should how they make the shakes. Add more crushed oreos and blend it together better. My shake shouldn't have a spot looking through the cup with only vanilla ice cream. Besides that everyone liked their shake.
Needed to pick up a quick lunch around 1 o’clock. Went inside - Joyce who rang me up was patient, efficient, and enjoyably friendly and talkative! Clean on the inside. Food made to my requests and made quickly. Jack in the box, I wrote this review just for Joyce because she was so awesome. Make sure you hold onto her!
Went there this morning and they forgot my hashbrown I had to go back through the dang drive thru and wait because the door was locked at 7 am. I was so mad ?
It’s not that bad. I like that they give you some large Beverage just as big as Texas
