These folks act like they are doing u a favor serving you some food. Customer service is not a priority at this place
I don't know how this jack in the box stays open. it's the worst one in the area. I have been to this location 3 times now and each time I think its been a few months maybe it was just bad employees working last time... but NO!! ! It's so bad I've had to throw most my food away every single time... food its just that unedible. If it's late night don't go here! ?

Horrible! Took 30 minutes just to get 2 chicken sandwiches, dirty inside, staff using profanity in front of customers, dropped food and didn't care. They're more concerned with the drive thru than others who are dining in or taking out.
Inside service was terrible.1/7/22 - I walk in, the dude sees me walk in and still makes me wait at the counter for 2 minutes while he talks to his friends that are taking down a Christmas tree. Some lady had to come out of the kitchen and tell him to take my order. Otherwise I probably would’ve been waiting longer. He takes my order with attitude, then comes and gives me my drinks that are barely filled above halfway. Then throws my bag on the counter and walks away. I go back to my car and realize he never gave me straws. I go back inside and wait another few minutes for him to come out and look at me like I’m stupid. Like if you hate your job get another one. Makes me not want to come here anymore.
Employees are professional courteous and friendly and polite the food is excellent it always comes out hot and fresh and you always get a smile when you walk in and when you leave...I come here so often at night time either for customers orders or for myself they are always on their A game and they have things ready to go to get the job done and for they deserve a raise if you ask me but that's only my opinion but if you want good hot quality food you got my thumbs up
Fast service .hot meal.One problem the ice machine leaking water on the floor . The ice machine should have been cut off. The doors should have locked for customers safely.
Theres a worker over there “sandra” should be her name, she is sooo nice me and my family love her so much she needs a raise ?!
Hot food hot, relaxed place to grab a quick bite. Mary the manager was very nice and she helped me to take a decision on what to order with her recommendations.
I worked at the location for about a month. Staff is poor they don’t mind serving moldy sludge with every drink they don’t wear gloves at all or wash there hands the female night manager dropped a whole bocks of patty’s on the ground and instead of throwing them away or even attempting to clean them she put them on the grill and served the costumers, And on top of that they have rats running around the kitchen as well as the Lobby. I don’t recommend this jack to anybody unless you like unsafe food and rude staff
