I can’t speak about the place or staff because we ordered to go and the order was right. But the cooks, they need to do a better job. Everything was super salty, even the pancakes. The Eggs extremely salty and the hash brown tasted weird, like old. It was also very very very greasy, I’ve been going to IHOP for a long time and this is the first time that I cannot finish my meal because the grease was too much, I still have it in my palette after washing my mouth and it was all around my lips when I was eating. Not a nice experience. The crepes as well, they were soaking in butter. None of this food was worth the price.
I had a coupon for IHOP because I donated blood. I like companies that give back to the neighborhood. The food was great, served quickly, perfect order. The staff was friendly and helpful. I like peanut butter on my pancakes, but they did not have it. Still a fantastic breakfast! It was my son's 40th birthday and IHOP was a great way to start it!
We usually get mediocre service at this location and only come when we really, really want breakfast. Tonight was one of those nights and we got Troy as our waiter. Oh my goodness someone needs to snag this guy up! He is attentive, kind, and takes pride in his job. Even on a slow Saturday night! We had the best service. Thank you Troy!
They make a great breakfast I like them a lot but I really miss their pecan pie pancake I love those so much that I have to settle for the French toast
Came here on Sunday 2/20/22 around 1Pm . My order was not right twice and when I looked at my food again there was a short black hair of which neither myself or companion had that type of hair we just got up and asked for mananger Diana was her name when she approached me I explained what the problem was and at the end I said so we are just leaving she looked and me and said I’m sorry but didn’t offer any way to make it right so I told her that she could’ve at least offered something but she oh well you said you were leaving . Throughout the whole conversation she never offered to make it right but yet made me and my companion feel like we did something wrong and also she said she’s been a manager for ten years but thats hard to believe when she has no customer service skills some training on customer service should be done to all employees working directly with people and it’s sad that people like Diana will ruin a good Restaurants image word of mouth gets really far Diana remember that always .
Same as always on the dishes, sometimes good sometimes you won't be so sure! Staff is always nice though and for a cup of coffee still good to do.

Went in because we got a giftcard for xmas. We have always had bad experiences at IHOP but, decided to give it another try. Order and food came. My husband's face went pale and he wouldn't say anything. He motioned to his plate and large black curly hair at the edge of his plate. Not hair from a persons head. He called the waiter over and showed him, he apologized and said he will bring fresh food. My husband told him not to bother and we walked out. We tipped the waiter because the service people are getting hit hard during the covid and we felt bad for him. I donated the card. NEVER again. Thank you but NO Thank you.
Terrible location the waiters do not care about to go orders they will see you and ignore you and let your order sit ready to go out forever. This location used to be very good now it's just as bad as the one off Spencer road
Awesome service and I'm pleasantly surprised on the quality of the food today, maybe I was just hungry but it was Very Good.
