My to curbside order was suppose to be ready at 1130am waited outside for someone to come…..so I went inside and waited till after 12 to get my order it was cold and I was told that they didn’t have butter nor syrup!!!! Please tell me how the “pancake bank” don’t have syrup and butter…..but anyways I got my food home and full of grease. I’m done with ihop and this is not my first experience like this
4-26-22 I looked forward to going to this IHop. I have eaten there before and the food was great an so was the service, Today the eggs were cold like they had been just taken out of ref. the bacon was hard. The only thing that was great was the pancakes. I ask for strawberry's didn't know they were charging for them. Juan was my waterier great service.
So horrible I spent $40 to get Uber eats and I know it's not the drivers fault because IHOP is onlyb5 min away and I watched when he got the order and got here. Everything was cold cheese on my eggs was just sliced cheese not even melted I was supposed to have 4 meats bacon smoked sausage ham and pork sausage. No smoked sausage and 1 piece of ham and bacon the pancakes and toast were cold I got sick after a few bites and just threw it away. Then when I called to complain the manager told me they don't use Uber eats they use door dash just completely lied like I don't know where I ordered from and she barely was speaking English.
Still giving 3 or less stars at this location. I keep coming back hoping for better but management seems to be here lacking. I work at a hospital at night so coming home after work I have stopped at this location several times and ordered curbside so I don't have to eat inside in my work scrubs. I'm always waiting outside over 30+ or more minutes after time giving to pick up food. Service don't even make it outside to give me my order. I always end up walking inside to see my order sitting there getting cold on the shelf. I think I'm going to have to find another IHOP to do my curbside orders.
We went there 3/13/2022 our server angle was really nice and a younger lady , but the food come out really late there where a family of 6 before we arrived we arrived and a men waiting for there food and it never came Out so they took it to go. And our food was late to we got there like at 10:40pm and left like at 12:40am because our food was late to when I asked the lady for total amount of the our drinks so we could come home instead they brought us our food. My point here is if your restaurant dose not have enough staff close this place down if not hire staff because people wait for hours trying to get there food ??♀️ For nothing in the world I’d come back here !
I suggest to anyone thinking about coming to eat at this IHOP location don't!!! The servers don't care to take tables here, and make you feel like coming to eat here is an inconvenience! I tried giving this location a second, and THIRD chance since I live right here BUT after the same consistent poor service and server attitude I will never come here again! Save your time and money and go to the IHOP on beltway near Fairmont! They are friendly and FAST!
My boyfriend and I came in around 2am for chicken and waffles and steak and eggs. It was barely anyone dinning in. After our drink orders were taken it took 10mins. for our food order to be taken. After waiting for 45mins. I look over and notice the couple that ordered at the same time as us had not only received their food but was already done eating. I then asked our waitress how much longer for our food and she responded, "not much longer than 5 mins." unsurly. This just did not make sense to me because there were plenty of workers just walking around carelessly. Nobody seemed to care about our food or our time. Do not come here if you work late and want to grab food! I guess this is one of those establishments where the workers stop caring after a certain time. ??♀️ we ended up just walking out. Poor service.
It was so cold inside the dining area we couldn't enjoy our food at all. The service was great but IHOP get it together.
The food was great, no issues there and the family agreed, however, it was cold and everyone in the resterurant had jackets on including the staff. I made reference to our server regarding the temperature and she agreed indicating she would attempt to have the heater adjusted, furthermore the music playing was fairly loud and it impeded our ability to have a quality conversation. The atmosphere was disappointing but the service and food was good. Maybe as it warms up the atmosphere will improve, the food was good and I recommend that, it was the atmosphere, I'm sure the server was limited in responding to my concerns and this appears to be a management issue. I'll go there again, I hope the atmosphere will be more suitable.
When we walked in we were a bit hesitant about staying since the place was empty. We were quickly greeted by a friendly face, she led us to a booth, she took care of us the entire meal. Everything was hot and fresh, service was warm and friendly. She wished us a Happy New Year, my daughter left her a happy doodle with a greeting, and I loved that she appreciated it. Thank you, you made her day and our meal☺
