Aubrey was our waitress. She was very nice and always checked on us. Made sure my cup was never empty. She went above and beyond what she had to do. The food was excellent and very fresh and hot.
I am sympathetic to the current supply chain issues currently effacing America today. So I call to ensure that they have snow crab legs. On: 05/01/22 I went, I was told we have them. Based on the update I plan a visit. NOW, I am told so we are out of that. They were deceptive with the answer and I call that a lie. I spoke with the manager and all I got was, “so sorry”.I have been so disappointed with current management.I will not return to an establishment whom lies to bring in customers. I plan to never return.No one lies to me and gets to laugh about it. The manager on duty has lost my respect.Visit at your own risk.
Very very disappointed in the manager!! After arriving two tall beers, then to call the cops. Because we had reached our limit, on a empty restaurant. Waitress was awsome. Didn’t know there was a limit on a SPORT BAR. During the day. I had more than 2 drinks at the bar before. People should really becareful on hooter Pasadena! Will not recommend this place to anyone trying to Celebrate any kids event or h e any kind of drink while eating. !!
I wasn't sure if I would enjoy this place bringing a baby along, but everything worked out great because the staff was very accommodating to all the stuff getting thrown on the floor by the little one. If you all came for the wings, I got the lemon pepper wings, which were great, but then I tried my friend's wings and now I will only get the Daytona wings at Hooters from now on.
Seems like this particular location has had to step it up since they have opened 2 other wing places within one mile in the last year or less. Was going down last year but my recent visit scores a 5!! Keep it up and keep the beer cold
Probably one of the most boring Hooter's I've ever been to.They used to finish the Daytona wings on the grill, but recently have started skipping this step, which makes them slightly disappointing.
Did not have great experience earlier in the day but came back and had the pleasure of having Kayla as my bartender and server. She is phenomenal had an absolutely great time will be back tomorrow
This place looked outdated but the staff was friendly and the food was hot and fresh! Ordered key lime pie for dessert but it didn't taste like lime at all, tasted more like cheese cake. I also had to use my hands/fingers to eat this dessert, in front of the waitress and was never offered any silverware to eat it with ? most people don't go her for dessert I suppose! In desperate need of a set of new TV and paint but that's my only pseudo complaint. The staff has to wear this 80s workout gear that I think hooters needs to bring into the new century!
Man!!!! Pésimo servicio, creo es la primera vez que recibo discriminación por ser latino. Mesas desocupadas y no quisieron sentar a mi familia; por lo regular no hago este tipo de reviews pero no podía dejar pasar esta situación, si quieres alitas ve a otro lugar! La hosted no ayudo en nada y solo sentí a personas anglosajonas
Never again coming back! apparently only white people get sat. They couldn't give us a table or wait time and there was 2 empty tables and a third one leaving. I asked about the different tables and explanation was just absurd. people came behind us and they got the table. Looked like they had hook ups
