I am from San Antonio and my cousin and her family brought us her for the first time and everything was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals and drinks. I got the brisket Pho and Thai tea. After everything was done. The kids enjoyed a churro for dessert. Customer service was great and I am super excited to tell my family about the experience when I get home. ☺️ My cousin will definitely be coming back and now this is the one place I need to come back when in Houston Pasadena
Finally decided to try this place since we were in the area and it was a hit!! The food is so delicious, me and my husband ended up sharing the orange chicken and the fruity churro bites and we couldn't even finish we were so full! The drinks are so good too. This is definitely a good place if you have a sweet tooth!
Great place! Friendly service, delicious food, drinks are amazing! A bit pricey, but its worth it! My first time visiting, and will be coming back!
Food taste was good and steaming hot! All of the girls were nice and attentive! Dessert was the best!! Will be back. ?
I ordered to go.So the Churros are pretty good here. I also had the Phở which was ok. Was not fond of the broth, it tasted old. I also ordered the egg rolls which were great.I did have a problem with the order where they left out the most important part of the Phở....the onions, cilantro and jalapeños.I called and spoke to someone there who told me the manager would have to call me back. I let them know kindly I wanted to speak with the manager now and not later.Another person came to the phone and said they were over the Phở that day.....whatever that meant. I explained my order and what happened and she said that was the cook's fault.Long story short I let them know how disappointing the experience has been but I understand that things happen whenever you are busy.I told them if they would just refund the egg rolls (like $2) I would be happy however they refunded the entire amount for the order.I will definitely go back and give them another shot.
The Churros are good. I find them best plain. The food was good the pho had a very beef broth taste and less fishy ( I like both but the beef brisket and the beef broth together were excellent). The complaint is. We had 2 Drinks. A mango one and a matcha tea w tapioca. The clear one- mango had a bug in it. We notified the staff ( these things happen. ) they remade it. The second drink also had a bug in it. Small kind of like a fruit fly. You could see it’s little legs. Our theory it was. From the ice machine in both cases the bug was in the ice layer on top. Needless to say we didn’t drink our drinks. We did finish the food. Everything else looked and tasted great. I told them my theory of the ice machine and it seemed like they started cleaning it out. The staff where wonderful. They did apologize. And made the second drink for free and offered to make a third. But we declined the third and after our meal we left. I’d like it if management addressed this. This was last weekend. Lunchtime
the plate we ordered pad thai had a weird taste and we asked if we could get our money back since we were on our lunch break and said "i can only give you half back because i made this" we ask for this often and today just didn’t taste right. All we asked for our money back they’re customer service sucks
How can you have a FiveStar loyal customer system, but NOT honor the coupon codes text to you. This was my SECOND time here and will be my VERY LAST TIME HERE. I will tell EVERYONE about the horrible service here!
Was craving something sweet and the churro sundae was on point, had to share it was a bit too much for me.
We really liked this spot except there were some things they could improve on. The food and service was great we stayed for a while enjoying our food and dessert and the ladies at the counter were great. The only issues were the serving utensil and plate seemed all plastic, sticky tables, hot inside and also a foul smell when entering the location due to the heat inside. Other than that this location is one to check out. We plan to visit again in the future ?.
