Love this little HEB ?. Great for quick pick ups on the way home. Very busy location, great prices, clean store, friendly employees.
Supervisors, Management and employees are the best here. I have been to other HEB locations as this is no longer my local HEB, and none are as good as this location. This HEB is always very clean, fully stocked, staff is friendly and overall well run.
I love HEB! This location on Fairmont is clean and always stocked. The only horrible thing about this HEB is their baggers are awful! To many times I've give them opportunity to bag my groceries correctly but they always put fragile things with heavy items. Hopefully they train them better.
It is a good grocery store but less organic and healthy food selections as other HEB grocery stores I have been to.
The girl that helped me with the writing was so nice and helpful.I just added the toys on the red and white cake...
Went to this HEB a few times and never had any issues went one night and after the incident me or my family never returned. One night I went to grab 2 items really quick. I bought a case of beer and a bottle of wine for my wife. Which I knew exactly where the items were located . I went to the fast express lane with 15 items or less. Paid and showed a valid I.D. Also had my receipt in hand. After paying I walked out and a little youngster asked for my receipt. And I asked why , he told me his boss told him to ask me for it as soon as I walk out the store . So the kid asked for the receipt and I told him no. And I asked to speak to the manager that says he saw me steal the two items that I just purchased. The manager never came out and I told the youngster call the cops. All the youngster did was took a picture of my license plate. I was outraged of being accused of stealing. I called and made a complaint to another manager. And they saw the tape of me going in and straight to the beer and wine aisles. And paying . They apologized and asked if I would like a free case of beer. And I said screw you I don’t need hand outs from anyone . And I never walked back into that HEB . In fact me and my wife never shopped at another HEB. We decided to shop at Kroger who has better service and something called respect for their customers.
It was a pleasure shopping at this location. It was nice, clean. Stocked with many items to choose from. The one thing they did not have was 12 pack or 6 pack or even bottles of sprite. Pretty unusual. For the most part it was nice shopping...
Very friendly staff. always stocked and clean. They're staff is always ready to help quick and efficient. and its in the perfect spot on Fairmont. Just to add the cherry on top the gas station prices are low for excellent gas
H-E-B is my go-to grocery store. Always an amazing variety, full of awesome and caring workers, and makes purchasing groceries easy. Their curbside service is SUPER awesome. I have done it a few times and it has never disappointed! Highly recommend H-E-B over any other grocery! Plus their fresh sushi is phenomenal and well priced! Love it!!!
The prepared meals are awesome! And very inexpensive. I’ve tried many (most) and I love them. My favorite is the salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The meat department is second to none as well. Overall, my experience has been wonderful shopping at HEB.
