I enjoy Freebirds and they never disappoint but today I got home after picking up my online order from them and one of the bowls only had three ingredients that I asked for. I wish I could leave a bad review on whoever assembled my food.
Ordered a bowl with chicken ,mixed cheese, potatoes, queso ,corn. The entree was smaller than expected for the price. The potatoes were very hard and a corn was overly seasoned/ sweet. I I had weeks prior ordered three birds from another location and was delicious. I had bragged about the quality of food and quantity persuade my son to eat here with his first time. Just by this description shows he won't be trying it again. So for him it was a thumbs down.
Free birds has the best chips!This place is good, fun decoration and friendly staff. Food wasn’t the best of the ones we’ve tried. It didn’t taste fresh. But overall we had a good experience. The sitting area inside is comfortable.
The classic Freebirds vibe, but I did notice that the food wasn’t as fresh as some other locations. The chicken and rice were cold, and the lettuce was soggy. Not terrible, but not the best experience I’ve had at a Freebirds before. For the price it’s a great quick bite, but to be honest I don’t plan to come back to this specific location. It could have been bad timing or an off day, but it certainly was not the quality and freshness I would have expected. Staff was kind and helpful though! Always great people working here!!
I am never, ever, ever dissatisfied with the food quality. OMG it's so good! However, I miss the friendly rocker type serving me. It's becoming so *normal*. I liked the uniqueness of past.
The potatoes that I got charged extra to add on was tough and dry. I agree with the other posts here about the flavor and seasoning. Mine turned out to be too salty. Disappointing experience because the Freebird I had back in the days was delicious.

*Delivery order from Waitr*I had ordered a burrito, chips and salsa, and a Topo Chico. Everything was excellent and I would love to have it again if I'm ever near Houston.
Really cool, tall white dude recommended the prime rib and it’s the best!! Great service!
First time being here and the employees were nice and friendly and welcoming. The inside of the business was very well kept and clean and the restrooms were impeccably clean. I will definitely be coming back real soon.
