We’ve been here a couple of times, there’s an employee named Albert who just has the best attitude in the world. Literally every time we come here he has a smile on his face, always helpful with anything you need. On top of his great customer service if there isn’t anyone ordering you’ll never see him standing around, he always has a broom in his hand or is otherwise doing something productive. I can’t stress this enough he is a great employee with a great attitude and great customer service. If y’all don’t take care of him y’all will loose him to chick fil a
This was my first time visiting Freddy's, I went to the Pasadena location. I had a sweet tooth, saw an ice cream on the building and had to stop. Walked in and got distracted by how good the food smelled. The place was clean, with a welcoming atmosphere filled with families and friends of different generations enjoying themselves. I was overwhelmed by the menu with so many options. I apologize to Albert for taking my time and explained that it was my first time there. He made me feel welcomed and more than just a customer. He walked me through different options and told me I'm in for a treat. As my order was being prepared, the manager approached me to make sure I had been taken care of. I told him I was and praised Albert for making me feel like a valued customer. I will definitely return. The customer service was 10/10. I give the frozen custard a 10/10 as well. Got a cone and a mini oreo shake with peanuts on top. Albert was right, I was in for a treat and got way more than I expected.
The staff here has too much fun. Orders take forever even when there’s no other customers, and in a couple of occasions the chicken has been still frozen when it’s supposed to be fried because the staff doesn’t pay attention. I would go to another location but there isn’t one close enough to warrant the drive. Dining here is a hit and miss.
I love to eat a Freddy's...but...this is either a mistake or a rip off. $4.59 for a 2 year old sized tipee cup chocolate shake? Uuuuug.
I've never had a bad meal here but there has been a time or two when I wished my food was hotter, fresher or didn't take 20 minutes at a relatively short drive thru. The Dairy Ashford location is always excellent. The Fairmont/Beltway location has left me underwhelmed and sometimes unhappy but when the menu is served well its delicious ?
I walked into the ladies restroom and there was a worker smoking on some device, it reeked of marijuana. When she seen me she hurried and hid the device and walked out. I come here all the time and never had this happen. Im very disappointed in the company for allowing there employees to be doing these things. I dont know who the worker was but ik how to describe her.If you really cared about your job you wouldn't risk trying to loose it by doing those things while at work.
Freddie, almost always good. Had the pepperjack cheese burger. It was good, but the #1 is hard to beat. We arrived around 5pm on Thursday. Not so busy, fries came out hot, just like everyone likes.
Always a good place. Everyday military discounts
I have heard about this place but never been. This was my first visit and won’t be my last.Loved it all. The FRESH food was great. Loved the string fries. They have a fry sauce and a fry seasoning packet that delicious. Place was clean, staff was very friendly and on point.Very fast service. Drink selection was great.Condiment station was like no other burger place I’ve seen. Definitely a variety of options not just burgers. Prices were good . They also have outdoor seating options. The booths were hugely comfy , room to spread out and enjoy the great FRESH food ! I’ll be back for more.
Went yesterday. Got a kids meal and cheese curds.Let me just say for $5 I expect more than 2 chicken tenders and a drink. Not even fries. And for 2 tenders? 20 dollars worth. Nah uh not coming back.
