My sister placed an order for a birthday cake. She lives 2 hours away from the bakery and was told yesterday to come pick up the cake today ANYTIME. She gets there and they tell her the cake isn't ready and won't be ready til 6pm . She drove 2 hours to be told the cake isn't ready and left without a cake. This is ridiculous! There needs to be communication! You should have called her and told her that you hadn't started on the cake so she wouldn't have wasted her time driving 2 hours for nothing! The party is tomorrow and now she doesn't have a cake. Take responsibility for your actions! If you're going to run a business, there needs to be communication. This is ridiculous.
Extremely disappointed with the cake they gave me and will not be ordering from them again! Very unfortunate because I order my daughter's birthday cake from them every year and they always come out perfect. Not this time. The icing was extremely bitter, and the color was a darker color pink than what I asked for. I called and the "manager" on the phone was very rude and basically laughed at my situation and told me there was nothing they could do unless I brought back half the cake for half my refund. Weird, but whatever, the cake was already butchered up and served to guests before we had a chance to really taste it. Refund didn't matter at that point, but the fact that she laughed and simply said "sorry, there's really nothing we could do when the cakes come out bitter" shows their quality of customer care. Who serves customers bitter cake and expect them to just deal with it? And the fact that they have it in their "contract" tells me it must happen often. Booooo!!!!

OVERRATED!! Bland taste less bread you'll be better off getting bread at Kroger or HEB. Nasty workers that looked annoyed and don't want to help you. I would not go back, plenty other panaderias, especially here in Texas.
The bread has gotten DRY.... I don't know if they changed bakers or what. Now I go to a different bakery- sorry. Owner should check the quality of the bread

My family and I love the bread here. But the service is just horrible. They over charge you for bread that is not even in your bin and when you bring it to their attention they act like your crazy. They charged me for a piece of bread that I didn't even grab so I had them check my bags again they were in the wrong since there was no bread that they claimed I had. They get mad when you call them out on something wrong that they did and dont even had the decency tio say sorry it was our mistake.
