Bad service they want to say they give you fresh toast and it doesn’t even have a timer label.I wonder why it was a re heated toast.And still the employee telling me it’s supposed to be hard as a rock lol ??♀️
Terrible service like always. Ordered an iced coffee and took a small sip and it didn’t taste right. Kindly asked if I can have either more creamer or to have my drink remade and the rude associate said NO! You already took a sip so we don’t remake drinks because of COVID. As she’s in the store with no mask LOL! I called customer service number to see if this was true or not and they said there is no policy against them remaking a drink. Never coming here again!
I've hopped around to all the dunkins within a half hour drive from me. (I love the coffee) and this is the only one that actually has fresh coffee, or makes it fresh if you ask for it. The deer park, center street location is the absolute worst in my opinion. This is just an all around great store to go to. And doesn't randomly "we've never served" midnight coffee. Luckily it's still roughly on the way to work.
I have ordered from this location multiple times through uber eats. I cannot even describe the taste of the coffee, imagine drinking sink water. I have called multiple times and there is no manager on site, the "shift leader" suggested that next time they can put the ice to my FROZEN coffee in a separate cup so the ice will not melt on the way to me. Now, i have to go buy a blender..... P.S. save your time :)
Maybe it's new people working there but as I went today, they had about 5 people working in the back and not one person in the front to take the orders. And what i ordered the Sweet black pepper bacon sandwich wasn't any good. Our chai tea latte didn't have a great taste either.I may just have to try another location.
Went above and beyond to remake 2 coffees for me and my wife. She didn’t hesitate to make it right for the customer. Positive attitude, and overall an awesome experience. Thank you Alicia for your willingness to go above and beyond, while keeping a smile on your face, and genuine attitude.
Even before the pandemic they were constantly out of items everytime I try ordering something. Might as well close this location since it barely gets any shipments it seems gee. I've tried many times coming here & had to drive off because I got the " we don't have it". Such disappointment, since it's super close to my home, I recommend places like Sycamore Grounds, Starbucks , Smoothies King etc. due to this Dunkin Donuts location lack of supplies.
This is the worst location I’ve ever been to. They have their lobby doors locked the majority of the time and even with 3 cars in the drive through line it takes 30 minutes for them to do anything and they have terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time here. The one on Center street is better.
Honestly the people are always so rude there. One time I got the snacking bacon and it was almost completely black and the lady at the window straight up said "I don't have time to remake that". I even spoke to the manager and she said the same thing. Everytime I ask for a receipt they tell me they lost it and can't get it. Unfortunately it's the only one on town otherwise I'd never go back.
Incompetent sums it up pretty well. Every one all the way up to the manager is incompetent.Up to 25 minutes for premade donuts and 2 drinks to be handed to me. After I complained, the manager refused my patronage and threatened to call the cops on me. I wasn’t rude, I didn’t yell, nor did I curse at this woman. Call the district manager because she should be replaced.
